【物品用途】;本設計物品，係為一種具有離型紙折線的膠黏劑貼布之形狀、裝飾、圖案及配置設計，乃尤指如附圖所示之外觀造型，用以作為具有離型紙折線的膠黏劑貼布之使用。;【設計說明】;本設計係為一種具有離型紙折線的膠黏劑貼布之形狀、裝飾、圖案及配置設計，如立體圖所示，整體由上而下係呈長條形體，其各邊角皆為圓弧角，具有自中心向上、向下延伸有可供使用時展開之切縫，在上、下端具有切縫之貼布表層係為離型紙，於其一側緣設有彎折段，如俯視及仰視圖所示，於使用前經表面彎折線使該彎折段形成彎折，先反折該離型紙至該彎折線而逐一地自貼布上方移除，如使用狀態圖所示，當使用時，離型紙已全被移除，可將貼布覆貼於不同的身體部位上，即可以切縫對照該部位各曲面順勢延展，藉以因應身體之曲線弧度而得以緊密黏貼，如使用狀態參考圖所示，在視覺上可呈X形之態樣。綜上所述，使其整體外觀造型形成獨特造型及設計感，並於申請前未見於刊物或公開使用，符合新式樣專利申請要件，爰依法提出申請。;1.右側視圖與左側視圖對稱，故省略右側視圖。;2.後視圖與前視圖對稱，故省略後視圖。;3.使用狀態參考圖中點畫線所示的部分並不構成設計的部分；惟在其他地方，點畫線是用來說明離型紙的折線，此構成設計的部分。
