【物品用途】;本設計為一種拖鞋之創新造型，尤指鞋板具有紋飾，以增加腳板抓地力、排濕的拖鞋。;【設計說明】;請配合參閱各圖所示，本設計係為一種拖鞋之創新造型，其係由一鞋耳及一鞋板所組成。該鞋板頂面飾有以玫瑰花、植物莖藤、葉片及展翅飛鳥等紋飾；其中，於鞋板頂面中間處之紋飾呈現一以直立姿態翩然展翅的大鳥，該大鳥的右翼延伸有植物莖騰，且植物莖騰末端開有玫瑰花；又，鞋板頂面後端處具有以植物莖騰框繞形成之愛心圖樣，依此展現出特殊的視覺美感；最後，再搭配以一致之系列紋飾設置於鞋耳上，藉此，整體造型處處流露出靈巧精緻、獨樹一格之視覺感受，誠符合設計要件，故依法提出設計專利申請。;1.圖式所揭露之色彩部分，為本案不主張之設計部分。
