【物品用途】;本設計為一種拖鞋之創新造型，尤指鞋板具有紋飾，以增加腳板抓地力、排濕的拖鞋。;【設計說明】;請配合參閱各圖所示，本設計係為一種拖鞋之創新造型，其係由一鞋耳及一鞋板所組成。該鞋板頂面飾有以玫瑰花、植物莖藤、葉片及展翅飛鳥等紋飾；其中，於鞋板頂面中間處之紋飾呈現一以直立姿態翩然展翅的大鳥，該大鳥的右翼延伸有植物莖騰，且植物莖騰末端開有玫瑰花；又，鞋板頂面後端處具有以植物莖騰框繞形成之愛心圖樣，依此展現出特殊的視覺美感；最後，再搭配以一致之系列紋飾設置於鞋耳上，藉此，整體造型處處流露出靈巧精緻、獨樹一格之視覺感受，誠符合設計要件，故依法提出設計專利申請。;1.圖式所揭露之色彩部分，為本案不主張之設計部分。[Item Usage];This design is an innovative shape of slippers, especially slippers with patterns on the sole to increase the grip of the sole and remove moisture.; [Design Description];Please refer to the pictures. The right wing of the large bird is extended with plant stems, and roses are blooming at the end of the plant stems. In addition, the rear end of the top of the shoe has a heart pattern framed by plant stems, which shows a special visual beauty. Finally, a consistent series of patterns are set on the shoe ears, so that the overall shape exudes a clever, exquisite and unique visual experience, which truly meets the design requirements, so a design patent application is filed in accordance with the law. 1.
