【物品用途】;本創作係提供一種“眼鏡座”新穎式樣造型設計，尤指一種有別於業界貫用造型之新穎式樣設計，所述眼鏡座係藉以供眼鏡置放定位。;【創作特點】;如附圖所示，該”眼鏡座”包括有一本體以及形成於本體下方的支撐部所構成；其創作特點在於其整體相乘視覺效果，包括：若由立體圖及前視圖觀之，該本體係概呈橢圓態樣，且該本體前方係弧凸形成有仿如鼻狀之飾部，使得該飾部的左、右二側係相對呈現弧曲凹陷狀態，令本體呈現出仿如人臉之獨特造型美感，此外，該支撐部係由上而下呈漸擴之圓錐型態，並與該本體具有傾斜夾角，進而使眼鏡座整體構成一仰視的人頭雕像造型(請配合參閱左側視圖)，使整體架構更兼具有弧曲變化、活潑以及生動之視覺美感，另外，該本體頂端前側更凹設有一長凹槽(如立體圖;所示)，該長凹槽係能供眼鏡承靠置放(請參閱使用狀態參考圖)，藉此所構成之眼鏡座，其完全跳脫既有眼鏡座產品之單調、刻板印象，整體架構變化多元，外觀呈現出人頭雕像之特殊造型風格，確實為一新穎、獨特之新式樣創作，並極富巧思性與變化性，因此爰依法提出新式樣專利申請。[Purpose of the Article] This invention provides a novel style design of a "spectacles stand", especially a novel style design that is different from the commonly used style in the industry.
