【物品用途】;本創作係提供一種“眼鏡座”新穎式樣造型設計，尤指一種有別於業界貫用造型之新穎式樣設計，所述眼鏡座係藉以供眼鏡置放定位。;【創作特點】;如附圖所示，該”眼鏡座”包括有一本體以及形成於本體下方的支撐部所構成；其創作特點在於其整體相乘視覺效果，包括：若由立體圖及前視圖觀之，該本體係利用不同弧曲程度之弧線加以修飾而概呈圓形態樣，且該本體二側係略為凹陷，並配合呈向內饋縮型態的支撐部，以使整體架構更具有弧曲變化之視覺美感，且其中，該本體前方係弧凸形成有仿如鼻狀之飾部，該飾部上方左、右二側係利用弧凸、凹陷之曲面共構呈現出圓形之眼狀飾部，該支撐部前方則利用多數排列的弧凸部位形成齒狀飾部，進而令該眼鏡座整體呈現出仿如骷髏頭之異穎獨特造形，此外，該本體;頂端更凹設有一長凹槽(如立體圖所示)，該長凹槽係能供眼鏡承靠置放(請參閱使用狀態參考圖)，藉此所構成之眼鏡座，其完全跳脫既有眼鏡座產品之單調、刻板印象，整體架構弧曲多元，外觀呈現出骷髏頭之強烈特殊風格，確實為一新穎、獨特之新式樣創作，並極富巧思性與變化性，因此爰依法提出新式樣專利申請。[Purpose of the Article] This invention provides a novel style design of a "spectacles stand", especially a novel style design that is different from the commonly used style in the industry.
