Abstract
【物品用途】;本設計供組扣於鞋面之鞋帶孔，如同鞋帶功能般可拉緊兩側鞋體，藉以提供使用者免於繫鞋帶之方便性，以及呈現獨特風格之美觀性。;【設計說明】;本設計係有關一種免綁鞋帶裝置之形狀造型設計，如各附圖所示，本設計之裝置由一長條狀之彈性帶體以及一固定座所組成，而該彈性帶體為圓柱狀條桿一端延伸有一具圓孔之連結部，另端則為穿入部，且彈性帶體於近連結部與穿入部處各分別設有複數外突之卡球嵌體；該固定座上具有一穿孔，穿孔一旁設有一突高部，突高部頂面朝穿孔之方向貫通有一卡槽，且延卡槽內壁向下貫穿有一通孔，另突高部底緣對應卡槽之方向延伸設有一板片，板片近未端處具有一釘狀之扣桿設計，其可供彈性帶體連結部之圓孔套接。於使用時，將彈性帶體一端之穿入部分別貫穿鞋面兩側之鞋帶孔，並由下而上循固定座之穿孔穿出，可將彈性繩帶的穿出端自由選擇彈性帶體上的卡球位置卡嵌於卡槽內，以形成類似鞋帶之功能與造型；本設計能根據腳部的大小適當地進行綁鞋調整，但因無設傳統長條鞋帶，故不會發生踩到鞋帶而摔跤的意外；而本設計使得綁鞋功能有兩道;安全設計，第一道安全設計是卡球與穿孔的卡合，第二道安全設計是卡球和卡槽的配合卡嵌，這樣就能確保鞋綁緊不鬆脫，保證綁鞋效果的正常使用性能。;藉此，令原本視感平淡之鞋帶成為具有獨特性的視覺感受，呈現出新潮與突出的時尚感，乃顯見出其造型之特徵新穎而別具特色，爰依法提出專利申請。
