【物品用途】;本案為有關一種雨傘之『傘頭(三)』新式樣創作，尤指其外觀造型新穎獨特，為至善至美之設計者。;【創作特點】;請參閱說明書後頁所附之圖面，本案之新式樣創作係為一種雨傘之傘頭，該傘頭係略呈球棒之造型，其該傘頭之上端係為一圓型體，且圓型體頂端係設有一可嵌設傘骨架之圓型凹槽，而該傘頭之下端係為圓柱體之握持部，且該圓柱體向下漸擴延伸，該握柄之底端係為圓潤之弧形狀。此案以優美的線條表現出柔和的協調美感，整體外觀更具有順暢的流線感、大方之視覺效果，不僅顯現出不凡的立體感更符合人體工學之設計，實為新式樣之上乘之作。;綜上觀之，本創作不論從任何角度觀之整體造形設計均能顯示之清新脫俗，造型前衛及創新新穎視覺感受，且本案申請前未見於刊物及公開使用符合新式樣專利申請要件，故爰依法提出申請。[Item Usage]; This case is about a new style creation of "Umbrella Head (III)" of a kind of umbrella, especially its appearance is novel and unique, and it is a perfect and beautiful design. ; [Creation Features]; Please refer to the drawings attached on the back page of the instruction manual.
