【物品用途】;本案為有關一種盛裝之『便當盒』新式樣創作，尤指其外觀造型新穎獨特，為至善至美之設計者。;【創作特點】;請參閱說明書後頁所附之圖面，本案之新式樣創作係為一種盛裝之便當盒，該便當盒整體外觀係為圓柱體之造型，且該便當盒係由一盒體及一蓋體組合而成，其該蓋體係設於該盒體上方，該盒體之兩側設有拉環提把，且盒體邊緣設有複數矩形扣合件，該扣合件係與蓋體扣合，另該蓋體之中央係設有兩個半圓形凹槽，且沿著半圓形凹槽內邊設有弧形拉環提把，使其整體外觀更具有順暢的流線感、簡單大方之視覺效果。此案以線條優美的流線與立體之感的線條表現出柔和的協調美感，不僅顯現出不凡的立體感更符合人體工學之設計，實為新式樣之上乘之作。;綜上觀之，本創作不論從任何角度觀之整體造形設計均能顯示之清新脫俗，造型前衛及創新新穎視覺感受，且本案申請前未見於刊物及公開使用符合新式樣專利申請要件，故爰依法提出申請。[Purpose of the item] This case is about a new style of "lunch box" for serving, especially its novel and unique appearance, which is the most perfect and beautiful design. ;【Design Features】;Please refer to the drawings attached on the back page of the instruction manual. The new design of this case is a lunch box for serving. The overall appearance of the lunch box is a cylindrical shape, and the lunch box is composed of a box body and a lid body. The lid body is arranged on the top of the box body. Pull ring handles are arranged on both sides of the box body, and a plurality of rectangular fasteners are arranged on the edge of the box body. The fasteners are fastened with the lid body. In addition, two semicircular grooves are arranged in the center of the lid body, and arc-shaped pull ring handles are arranged along the inner edge of the semicircular grooves, making the overall appearance more streamlined and simple and generous. This case shows a soft and harmonious aesthetic with beautiful streamlined lines and three-dimensional lines.
