Abstract

【物品用途】;本創作係為一用以保護車體，特別是車尾，並以抵銷車子可能遭到撞擊力量的「汽車後保險桿」新式樣設計。;【創作特點】;由圖面觀之，本案創作物品為一拉長的弧彎體，其係包含一正面部份及圓弧延伸至該正面部份兩端之側面部份。由立體圖觀之，物品正面部份之上端中央為U型設計，且該U型處之左、右兩側邊係朝上延伸並呈現凹折之波浪曲線，另於該正面部分設有一長條淺凹部，該淺凹部下方左右兩側則各設有一方形孔口，且於此方形孔口分別具有開口朝下的弧型缺口；再由左、右側視圖觀之，本創作側面部份之尾端係呈弧形狀，用以與車體側邊相互配合。整體觀之，本創作造型活潑生動，且凹凸有致，更加凸顯其立體美感。整體而言，本創作造形獨特美觀、且式樣新穎具獨創性，實為一特殊且實用之新式樣設計。
