【物品用途】;本創作係為一用以保護車體，特別是車尾，並以抵銷車子可能遭到撞擊力量的「汽車後保險桿」新式樣設計。;【創作特點】;由圖面觀之，本案創作物品概呈一U形外觀，其係包含一正面部份及圓弧延伸至該正面部份兩端之側面部份。由立體圖觀之，本創作正面部份之上緣中央向後上方延伸一弧形板，該弧形板之左右兩端呈尖角狀設計，而該正面部分下緣中央呈梯形凹入狀；另，該正面部分延伸至左右兩側面的彎折處則各設有一方型孔洞。再由左、右側視圖觀之，左、右兩側邊之末緣係呈三角尖角造型，又，該下緣呈弧形狀，用以與車體側邊之車輪體相互配合。;整體而言，本創作造形獨特美觀、且式樣新穎具獨創性，實為一特殊且實用之新式樣設計。;上述說明僅供輔助瞭解本創作而非用以限制其內容；理應明瞭，新式樣專利範圍係以圖面所示者為準。
