【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用，使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍，外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型，表面上具有10個長輪輻、5個短輪輻並成輻射狀排列跨越在其輪徑表面。其中，每2個相鄰長輪輻之間隔著一個”子彈形”的中央孔，彼此的內側端連接在一起構成一個”V”字形的輪輻組；另外，5個位於更低點的短輪輻交互地介於該等V形輪輻組之間，乍看該短輪輻和左右側的長輪輻構成宛若”三叉戟”般的視覺效應。整體的構成方式及富有動感的組成，頗能表達細緻的視覺美感與具體內涵，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示，基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部側視時成一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓，其兩端(即前後端部)分別形成一個徑圍激增之環形突緣部。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，該輪圈部正面沿突緣部內側形成一個有層次之高低階狀的口部，該輪輻部具有10個長輪輻交互地5個短輪輻並成輻射狀排列跨越在其輪徑表面。該每一個長、短輪輻之左右側邊分別修飾成陡峭的傾斜面，且沿其表面最高點分別形成一個平坦、細長的凸脊面；其中，每2個相鄰長輪輻內側端連接在一起匹配成一對，外側端朝相反方向微偏折且略變窄、兩者之間隔著一個”子彈形”的中央孔，彼此構成一個”V”字形般的輪輻組。另外，該5個短輪輻交互地介於該等V形輪輻組之間並位於更低點，且在該短輪輻的左右側對稱地形成一對細長、變形的子彈形鏤孔等。該等輪輻分別自外圍往中心方向逐漸凹進，內側端跨越在一個圓形低窪的軸心部上，前視時在該軸心部中心定位一個大型的中心圓孔，在其外周等距地配置5個沉孔分別位於該短輪輻基端，及交互地配置5個小圓孔各自定位於該V形輪輻組的內側端角隅等。如上述之輪箍，整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩，其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is fixed on the wheel hub to support the tire and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the appearance of the car more prominent and visually appealing.
