【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎及配合汽車整體造形之裝飾用,使汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍,外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型,表面上具有6個輪輻並成輻射狀排列、跨越在其輪徑表面,該每一個輪輻各由一對中間隔著細縫的對稱半部所構成,每一個輪輻徑部各修飾一個平坦長方形的切削面,且其細縫順勢向中心方向導入並在軸心部上形成一個六芒星形狀的凹部;及,沿該每一個輪輻與相鄰輪輻的側邊和輪圈的內緣,共同形成一個扇形的帶狀傾斜面圍繞在扇形鏤孔的外周,且將其裝飾成與輪輻徑部表面對比的黑色調,從外觀一眼可見對比格外鮮明。整體的外觀線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示,基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部側視時成一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓,其兩端(即前後端部)分別形成一個徑圍激增之環形突緣部。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,該輪圈部正面沿突緣部內側形成一個由內向外擴大的錐形口部,該輪輻部具有6個輪輻並成輻射狀排列地閉塞在該口部上。該每一個輪輻徑部之寬度分別從中心向徑外方向逐漸變寬,且分別被一個狹長的細縫從中間一分為二形成對稱的半部,並在其徑部的最高點各形成一個平坦的切削面。及,該等輪輻分別在其中央部各修飾一個平坦、寬度擴大的長方形切削面。該等輪輻分別自外圍往中心方向逐漸凹進,內側端匯集成一個低窪、圓形的軸心部,上述細縫順勢向中心方向導入並在軸心部上形成一個六芒星形狀的凹部,及在其中心定位一個大型的中心圓孔。又,該每一個輪輻與相鄰輪輻之間各隔著一個略呈”扇形”的鏤孔,並沿該每一個輪輻與相鄰輪輻的側邊和輪圈的內側緣共同形成一個傾斜、帶狀的扇形圓凸面圍繞在該扇形鏤孔的外周,且將此扇形圓凸面裝飾成與輪輻徑部表面對比的黑色調,彼此顯得格外鮮明清新。如上述之輪箍,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩,其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is fixed on the wheel hub to support the tire and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the appearance of the car more prominent and visually appealing.
