【物品用途】;本創作係一種「陀螺之旋轉驅動玩具」,係藉由使齒輪插通並予拉引而使陀螺高速旋轉以供觀賞玩耍之玩具。;【創作特點】;本創作係有關於一種「陀螺之旋轉驅動玩具」之外形設計。配合俯視圖及立體圖所示,本創作之本體大致呈現側周邊為弧面之拱圓形薄狀體。於本體頂面具有環溝之圓形凸起座部,該座部頂面具有對角對應L形卡榫凸部。上述本體頂面後邊緣具有凸字形凸起部。配合前視圖及側視圖所示,本體前面下半部延伸至底面前緣形成縱向矩形凸部,且本體兩側面呈現多層壘疊狀。於本體底面形成具前邊弧形之矩形內陷部。本體兩側面後下端具有橫列複數凹凸矩形間隔狀。如使用狀態參考圖所示,係顯示本體頂面之凸起座部安裝有陀螺及本體側面插穿有拉引用之齒帶驅動狀態。由上述構成本創作整體造形精巧別緻,具新穎獨特之視覺效果及創作性。[Purpose of the item] This creation is a "spinning top toy", which is a toy for viewing and playing by inserting and pulling the gear to make the gyroscope rotate at high speed. As shown in the top view and the three-dimensional view, the main body of this creation is roughly an arched thin body with curved sides. There is a circular raised seat with an annular groove on the top of the main body, and the top of the seat has a diagonally corresponding L-shaped tenon protrusion. The rear edge of the top of the above-mentioned main body has a convex protrusion. As shown in the front view and the side view, the lower half of the front of the main body extends to the front edge of the bottom to form a longitudinal rectangular protrusion, and the two side surfaces of the main body are stacked in multiple layers. A rectangular recessed part with an arc-shaped front edge is formed on the bottom surface of the body. The rear lower ends of the two side surfaces of the body have multiple horizontal concave and convex rectangular intervals. As shown in the reference figure of the use state, it shows that the convex seat on the top of the body is equipped with a gyroscope and the side surface of the body is inserted with a pull-pulling tooth belt driving state.
