【物品用途】本新式樣物品，使用於汽車傳動系統之終端，係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎之輪箍。【創作特點】本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍，外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大輪徑之運動造型，表面上包含有5個輻條單元並成星形狀排列跨越在輪圈部與軸心部之間，該等輻條單元之徑部中央分別形成一個突出、由內往外擴大略呈拉長梯形狀的脊部，各沿相鄰的脊部與脊部之間的邊緣各自形成一個略低成”V”形狀的低窪部，且沿該低窪部之外側又分別形成一個往深度方向漸擴大的傾斜緣。該等輻條單元內側端匯集成一個梅花形低窪的軸心部，及相鄰的輻條單元與輻條單元之間各自形成一個略呈圓角三角形(或扇形)的鏤空部等。該輪箍鑄件稜角稜線格外分明，突顯出一個堅固、厚實的結構，特別展現出運動型輪箍剛勁的氣韻與豪邁的風格，整體的外觀線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示，係由鋁合金等一體鑄成，基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部呈一具有相當深度之圓筒形輪廓，從側視圖觀察，其軸向表面上由外側往中央部形成凹凸起伏，及在軸向兩端即前後端部上分別形成一個徑圍激增之環狀突緣部。從前視圖及立體圖觀察，輪圈部正面在此突緣部內側形成一往外擴大具有錐度的口部；該輪輻部，包含有5個徑向輻條單元並成星形狀排列地閉塞在該口部上，該等輻條單元之寬度分別以一曲率、由內側端往徑外方向略增大，外側端平齊地連接在輪圈部並與該突緣部在相同高度之平面上，每一輻條單元之徑部中央分別形成一個突出脊部，該脊部在外側端形成最大寬度及在內側端形成最小寬度，看起來宛若一個拉長的”梯形”狀；又，沿相鄰的脊部與脊部之間的邊緣分別形成一個略低成”V”形狀的低窪部，且沿該低窪部更外側又各自形成一個往深度方向漸擴大的傾斜緣，及相鄰的輻條單元與輻條單元之間分別沿傾斜緣之內側形成一個大型略呈圓角三角形(或扇形)的鏤空部等。上述輻條單元分別自徑外往中心方向漸凹進，內側端基部共同匯集成一個低窪略呈梅花形的軸心部，從前視圖觀察，該軸心部中心包含一個大型圓孔徑，在其外周等距地配置5個中型沉孔且分別位於上述V形低窪部之中央，及5個小型圓孔徑介於該沉孔與沉孔之間且各自定位在上述梯形脊部內側基端。如上述之輪箍，整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。綜上所述，本新式樣輪箍造形考究細膩，其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new item is used at the end of the automobile transmission system.
