587052 A7 B7_ ___ 五、發明説明（1 ) [發明所屬之技術領域] 本發明，係關於一種使用裝著蓋子在罐口部的狀態下 當作商品流通之附蓋子的罐的蓋子。特別是，關於一種使 用在分別以定量取出收容在該附蓋子的罐中的粉體等的內 容物時的計量的附刮片的蓋子，在於作成可以取出內容物 的狀態後，不需另外準備新的蓋子，當作爲商品流通時可 以繼續使用被裝著在罐口部的蓋子之附刮片的蓋子。同時 ，關於該蓋子被裝著的附蓋子的罐。 [先行技術] 過去，提出使用裝著蓋子在罐口部的狀態下當作商品 流通之附蓋子的罐的蓋子，且使用在分別以定量取出收容 .在該附蓋子的罐中的粉體等的內容物時的計量的附刮片， 在於作成可以取出內容物的狀態後，不需另外準備新的蓋 子，只要裝著該蓋子到罐口部的狀態下就可以繼續使用的 附刮片的蓋子；及該蓋子被裝著的附蓋子的罐的發明。例 如，本發明提案人所提出的”附刮片的蓋子以及附蓋子的罐 ”（日本專利公開日本特開2000-28 1 1 1 6號公報）。 依據本發明提案人所提出的日本特開2000-28 1 1 1 6號公 報之附刮片的盍子”’係參照第1圖之（a)、（ b)、（ c)及第2圖 說明，內容如下所述。 此一附刮片的蓋子，係屬於裝著在罐1的罐口部2的帽 狀的合成樹脂的蓋子10，由圓形狀的頂板3、及以頂板3的 周緣部爲基端側下垂的側壁4所形成。頂板3，係在頂板3的 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) A4規格（210X297公| ) ' -4- (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -裝. 訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 587052 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 _B7五、發明説明（2 ) 底面5擁有基端部，且擁有從頂板3的底面5沿著側壁4的內 周緣垂下的突片6。此一突片6，係當蓋子1 0被裝著到罐1的 罐口部2時，負責在於與蓋子10的側壁4的內周壁之間挾持 罐1的罐口部2的周緣7的任務。側壁4，係具備以直徑呈相 對稱方式將側壁4分成二分之垂直方向的切入部9a、9b。帽 狀的合成樹脂製的蓋子10，係將連結兩個被設置在側壁4的 切入部9a、9b的位置的直線作爲界線，或將連結兩個被設 置在側壁4的切入部9a、9b的位置附近之以直徑呈對稱的側 壁4的兩個位置的直線作爲界線後，被區劃成一端爲固定蓋 子部10a，另一端爲開關蓋子部10b。連結兩個被設置在將帽 狀的合成樹脂製的蓋子10區畫成固定蓋子部l〇a與開關蓋子 部10b的側壁4的切入部9a、9b的位置之直線部分，或連結 .兩個被設置在側壁4的切入部9a、9b的位置附近之以直徑呈 對稱的側壁4的兩個位置之直線部分，係該部分的底面5被 形成斷面爲倒V字狀的溝槽11，且以該部分爲中心形成開 關蓋子部10b對固定蓋子部10a可以扳轉的絞鍊部12。固定 蓋子部1 0a的頂板3a，係與絞鍊部1 2平行，且在於接近絞鍊 部12的位置，具備從頂板3a的底面5垂下的刮片13。開關蓋 子部10b側的側壁4b，係在於對向其基端側的前端側，具備 擁有預先決定的上下方向的寬度及圓周方向的寬度之切離 可能部14。 在於此一日本特開2000-281 1 1 6號公報所提出之”附刮片 的蓋子”專利案，當帽狀的合成樹脂製的蓋子1〇，被裝著在 罐1的罐口部2時，在於頂板3的底面5擁有基端部後從頂板3 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) A4規格（210X 297公釐） I - J 1 = ,I 士^I ϋ . ; ·---I I ----^ ---- !* -- : ί (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 587052 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7___五、發明説明（3 ) 的底面5沿著側壁4的內周壁垂下的突片6，與蓋子1 〇的側壁 4的內周壁之間挾持罐1的罐口部2的周壁7的緣故，可以維 持安定的裝著狀態。 因此，在於此蓋子10被裝著的罐1充塡內容物（例如，奶 粉狀的粉體）後當作商品販賣時，在罐口部2附近，從罐1的 側壁朝向水平方向內側用來與罐1的側壁形成一體突出的鍔 部17的上側，如第1圖之（c)、及第3圖之（a)所示，接著鋁薄 膜1 6等的周緣，且裝著蓋子1 〇到罐口部2後，從罐1的底側 面開口充塡內容物（例如，奶粉狀的粉體），且安裝底板，並 封住罐1的底面側後，當作商品（例如，罐裝奶粉）流入到市 場。 買進此一商品的顧客，即使想要從罐口部2取下罐1 0， ,如前述，在於從蓋子1 0的頂板3的底面5沿著側壁4的內周壁 垂下之突片6、與側壁4(4a、4b)的內周壁之間，挾持著罐1 的罐口部2的周壁7的緣故，因此，很難將蓋子10整體取下 〇 但是，在於開關蓋子部10b側的側壁4b，在於對向該基 端側的前端側，由於具備擁有預先決定的上下方向的寬度 及圓周方向的寬度之切離可能部14的緣故，因此從開關蓋 子部10b側的側壁4b切離切離可能部14時，形成開關蓋子 部1 Ob側的側壁4b容易變形。 因此，買進此一商品的顧客，從開關蓋子部1 Ob側的側 壁4b取下此一切離可能部14後，藉由施力到第1圖之（a)、與 第2圖箭頭所示的方向，在於維持固定蓋子部10a被裝著在 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) A4規格（210X297公楚1 " (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -裝- _、訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作杜印製 587052 A7 ___B7__ 五、發明説明（4 ) 罐1的罐口部2的狀態下，以絞鍊部1 2爲中心扳轉開關蓋部 l〇b，形成可以反復開關。 而且，當關閉開關蓋部1 Ob時，如前所述，由於在於設 置在開關蓋部l〇b的頂板3b的突片6與側壁4b的內周壁之 間，挾持著罐1的罐口部2的周壁7的緣故，因此當意圖使側 壁4b變形的外力，例如，若沒有特別的指定打開開關蓋子 部1 0 b所加入如第2圖之箭頭1 5所示的方向的力量，可以確 實地保持關蓋子的狀態。 因此，買進此一商品的顧客，從開關蓋子部1 Ob側的側 壁4b取下此一切離可能部14後，在於維持固定蓋子部l〇a 被裝著在罐1的罐口部2的狀態下，如第2圖所示打開開關蓋 子部1 Ob，且去除鋁薄膜，並利用湯匙掏出內容物（例如，奶 粉）後，藉由將固定蓋子部1 〇a整理的刮片刮平後，邊調整 取出量，邊取出所希望分量之內容物（例如，奶粉）。 當取出內容物（例如，奶粉）後，與之第2圖的箭頭15戶斤 示的相反方向扳轉開關蓋子部l〇b，且予以關閉後，如前戶斤 述，在於設置在開關蓋部10b的頂板3b的突片6與側II 4b 的內周壁之間，挾持著罐1的罐口部2的周壁7後，維持關閉 蓋子的狀態。 因此，如此作成將內容物可以取出的狀態後，不需g 另外準備新的蓋子，可以繼續使用被裝著在原來使用的胃 品的罐1的蓋子10。 [發明所欲解決之課題] 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) A4規格（210X297公羡1 i-ϋ· —^ϋ ^^^^1 βϋϋ ϋϋ ϋ^— ϋϋ ϋ ϋ— II —ϋ 一 ^ ϋϋ ι_ϋ1 ϋ— (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 587052 A7 B7 五、發明説明（5 ) 日本特開2000-28111 6號公報所提出之，，附刮片的蓋子，: 專利案’係可以如前述一般地使用的緣故，在於可以取出 內容物的狀態後，不需另行準備新的蓋子，在於商品流通 時可以繼續使用裝著在罐口部的蓋子。而且，此蓋子，係 附有刮片的蓋子的緣故，當利用湯匙掏出內容物（例如，奶 粉）時’需要計量所希望的量的緣故，可以發揮不需安裝別 的刮具在罐口部的優點。 此一”附刮片的蓋子”，係姐前所述，與之第2圖的箭頭 15所示的相反方向扳轉開關蓋子部i〇b後，在於設置在開關 蓋部1 Ob的頂板3b的突片6與側壁4b的內周壁之間，挾持 著罐1的罐口部2的周壁7後，維持關閉蓋子狀態。因此，即 使作成在於可以取出內容物的狀態下使用的期間，只要將 .開關蓋子部1 Ob作成關閉蓋子的狀態，即使罐翻倒，也不會 導致內容物（例如，奶粉）漏出到外部的情形。 但是，當如此的翻倒時，罐1的罐口部2的上端面，與 開關蓋子部1 Ob側的頂板3b的底面5之間的微小間隙；或內 容物進入在頂板3b的周緣附近的絞練部12的底面5側所形成 的斷面倒V字狀的溝槽11後，當打開開關蓋子部1 〇b時，進 入這些部分的內容物可能會導致漏出到外部。特別是，內 容物爲微粒狀的奶粉時，會有此種現象。 同時，當從開關蓋子部1 Ob側的側壁4b切離可以切離 部14時，考慮開關蓋子部1 Ob側的側壁4b會容易變形，將 蓋子1 0作成合成樹脂製的緣故，如第2圖所示的從打開蓋子 的狀態到完全地關閉蓋子的狀態時，開關蓋子部1 Ob無法自 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) A4規格（210X297公釐） ' -8- (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 裝· '訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 587052 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 Μ _ _ Β7 _五、發明説明（6 ) 動復歸。爲了讓開關蓋子部1 Ob完全處於關閉蓋子的狀態的 緣故，使用者必須朝著第2圖所示的箭頭方向1 5相反方向連 續押開關蓋部1 〇b，直到在於設置在開關蓋部1 〇b的頂板3b 的突片6，與側壁4b的內周壁之間’確貫地挟持者罐1的罐 口部2的周壁7爲止。 但是，使用者因急事等的理由使此作業無法完全處理 時，造成開關蓋部1 Ob會在於未完全關閉蓋子的狀態下停止 。使用者不留意的關係，雖然間隙很小，小虫也有可能從 外部侵入到罐的內部。 本發明之目的，係即使前述的翻倒發生後，當打開開 閉蓋子部10b時，可以防止進入罐1的罐口部2的上端面，與 開關蓋子部10b側的頂板3b的底面5之間的微小間隙；或在 ，頂板3b的周緣附近的絞練部12的底面5側所形成的斷面倒V 字狀的溝槽11的內容物漏出到外部。 同時，本發明的另一目的，係如前所述，即使因使用 者的不留意，造成開關蓋子部10b在於無法完全被關閉蓋子 的狀態下停止時，也可以儘可能地減低小虫自外部侵入到 罐的內部之危險性。 [用以解決課題之手段] 爲了解決前述課題，本發明所提案的附刮片的蓋子， 係如下所述。 首先，此一附刮片的蓋子，係屬於裝著到罐的罐口部 的帽狀合成樹脂製蓋子，由圓形狀的頂板與該頂板的周緣 本紙張尺錢财關家縣（CNS ) A4規格（21GX297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) •裝· '訂 έ -9 - 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 587052 A7 B7 五、發明説明（7 ) 爲基端側垂下的側壁所形成。在此，頂板，係在頂板的底 面擁有基端部，且擁有從頂板的底面沿著側壁的內周緣垂 下的突片，當帽狀合成樹脂製蓋子被裝著到罐的罐口部時 ，在於與前述側壁的內周壁之間具備挾持罐的罐口部的周 壁的突片。同時，側壁，係具備以直徑呈對稱方式將側壁 分成二分之垂直方向的切入部。接著，前述帽狀的合成樹 脂製的蓋子，係將連結將兩個被設置在側壁的切入部的位 置之直線作爲界線，或將連結兩個被設置在側壁的切入部 之位置附近的以直徑呈對稱的側壁的兩個位置之直線作爲 界線後，被區劃成一端爲固定蓋子部’另一端爲開關蓋子 部。進一步，連結兩個被設置在將前述帽狀合成樹脂製蓋 子區劃成固定蓋子部與開關蓋子部的前述側壁的切入部的 位置之直線的部分，或連結兩個被設置在側壁的切入部的 位置附近之以直徑呈對稱的側壁的兩個位置之直線的部分 ，係該部分的頂板的底面被形成斷面爲倒v字狀的溝槽’ 且以該部分爲中心作成開關蓋子部對固定蓋子部可以扳轉 的絞鍊部。接著，固定蓋子部的頂板’係與絞鍊部平行’ 且在於接近絞鍊部的位置’具備從頂板的底面垂下的刮片 。開關蓋子部側的側壁’係在於對向其基端側的前端側’ 具備擁有預先決定的上下方向的寬度及圓周方向的寬度之 切離可能部。 在於這種附刮片的蓋子’本發明的附刮片的蓋子’係 在於設置前述開關盞子部側的頂板底面的前述突片的位置 ，從頂板的底面垂下的壁體被設置成沿著側壁的內周後:跨 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) A4规格（X297公釐） ----L,--„--裝---.Ί---IfI^----- (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 587052 A7 _____B7 __ 五、發明説明（8 ) 越開關蓋子部的全周，且前述絞鍊部的頂板周緣附近的頂 板的底面部分，係具備埋入前述斷面爲倒V字狀的溝槽的 埋入部爲其特徵。 本發明之附刮片的蓋子，被裝著在罐口部時’在於與 側壁內周壁協動後用來挾持罐口部周壁的突片被設置在開 關蓋子部側的頂板底面的位置處，從頂板的底面垂下的壁 體會沿著側壁內周被設置在開關蓋子部的全周圍。因此’ 在於作成可以取出罐的內容物的狀態使用的情形下’當將 開關蓋子部1 Ob設定成關閉蓋子的狀態時，即使罐翻倒’內 容物（例如，奶粉）會進入罐1的罐口部的上端部，與開關蓋 子部10b側的頂板3b的底面5之間的微小間隙，當打開開關 蓋子部10b時，進入到此部分的內容物不會漏出到外部。 同時，即使因使用者的不留意，造成開關蓋子部l〇b無 法完全關閉蓋子的狀態下停止，由於前述壁體的存在，可 以確實的減低小虫自外部侵入到罐的內部之危險性。 進一步，在於絞鍊部的頂板周緣附近的底面側的部分 ，具備埋入前述斷面爲倒V字狀的溝槽之埋入部的緣故， 在於作成可以取出罐的內容物的狀態使用的情形下，當將 開關蓋子部10b設定成關閉蓋子的狀態時，即使罐翻倒，內 容物（例如，奶粉）會進入到頂板3的周緣附近的絞鍊部12的 底面5側所形成的斷面爲倒V字狀的溝槽11，當打開開關蓋 子部10b時，進入到此部分的內容物不會漏出到外部。 爲了確實可以獲得前述本發明所的作用·效果，從頂板 的底面垂下的壁體的頂板的底面到前端的高度H2，係爲從 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) A4規格（210X 297公釐） (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 裝. ‘訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 -11 - 587052 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 A7 B7五、發明説明（9 ) 頂板的底面到蓋子的側壁的前端的高度H1的35%至55%的範 圍會較理想。若至少沒有35%的話，在於作成可以取出罐的 內容物的狀態使用，且當將開關蓋子部10b設定成關閉蓋子 的狀態下，當罐翻倒時，內容物（例如，奶粉）會進入罐1的 罐口部的上端部，與開關蓋子部10b側的頂板3b的底面5之 間的微小間隙，而打開開關蓋子部1 〇b時，卻無法防止進入 到此部分的內容物不會漏出到外部。同時，即使超過55%， 與之比前述過短的情形相比較並無特別差異的效果。 同時，爲了確實可以獲得前述本發明所的作用·效果， 從絞鍊部的兩端分別跨越絞鍊部的全長4%至7%的長度的部 分，係相當於在於絞鍊部的頂板底面側的部分，埋入斷面 爲倒V字狀的溝槽的埋入部所具備的頂板周緣附近會較理 想。至少，從絞鍊部的兩端的長度分別爲跨越絞鍊部的全 長4%的長度的部分，且在於絞鍊部的頂板底面側的部分， 若無法具備埋入斷面爲倒V字狀的溝槽的埋入部，便無法 達到前述目的的效果，但是當絞鍊部的全長超過7%的長度 的部份，與之比前述較短的情形相比較並無特別差異的效 果。 接著，本發明所提案之附蓋子的罐，係在罐口的附近 ，前述本發明的附刮片的蓋子被裝著在從罐的側壁朝水平 方向內側突出的鍔部與罐的側壁形成一體的罐的罐口部之 附蓋子的罐。此一附蓋子的罐，係具備形成本發明的附刮 片的蓋子可以發揮前述效果的附蓋子的罐。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) A4規格（210X297公釐） — (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 裝- '訂 i· -12- 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 587052 A7 B7 五、發明説明（10) [發明的實施形態] 佐以附圖說明本發明之較理想的實施形態。 本發明之附刮片的蓋子，係屬於裝著在罐1的罐口部2( 第2圖）的帽狀的合成樹脂的蓋子10，由圓形狀的頂板3、及 以頂板3的周緣部爲基端側下垂的側壁4所形成。 頂板3，係在頂板3的底面5擁有基端部，且擁有從頂板 3的底面5沿著側壁4的內周緣垂下的突片6。此一突片6，係 當蓋子10被裝著到罐1的罐口部2時，負責與側壁4的內周壁 之間挾持罐1的罐口部2的周緣7的任務。 如第3圖之（a)所示，突片6在其前端側，具備朝向側壁4 的內周壁方向的突部6a，且形成可以卡合到罐口部2所形成 的內卷卷繞部2a可以卡合。若形成這種構造時，在於穩定 .維持關閉蓋子上有利。 此外，雖未圖示，當在罐口部2所形成的是外卷卷繞部 時，則與第3圖之（a)所顯示的情形相反，從側壁4的內周壁 朝向內側方向（突片6方向）的突部被設置在側壁4的內周壁後 ，對向側壁4的內周壁的突片6的表面形成平坦的構造，組 合上則可以得到相同的作用•效果。 突片6，係如第1圖之（a)所示，當蓋子1〇被裝著到罐1的 罐口部2時，與側壁4的內周壁之間，如第3圖之（a)所示，挾 持罐1的罐口部2的周緣7後，在於第1圖之（a)的狀態下，即 使想從罐口部2取下蓋子1〇，但是設置成將蓋子1〇當作整體 取下困難，且能夠維持在某種安定的狀態爲其目的。因此 ’從費用對效果的觀點看，如第2圖、第5圖及第6圖所示， 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) A4規格（210X297公釐] "" -13- II--L.--.--^裝---.Ί---.訂 I ^-----0, (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 587052 A7 __ B7__ 五、發明説明（11 ) 只要在於可以達成目的的範圍內，以一定的間隔設定多數 個即可以滿足。 側壁4，係具備以直徑呈相對稱方式將側壁4分成二分 之垂直方向的切入部9a、9b。 蓋子10，係如第1圖之（a)所示，係將連結兩個被設置在 側壁4的切入部9a、9b的位置的直線作爲界線後，被區劃成 一端爲固定蓋子部10a，另一端爲開關蓋子部l〇b。 連結兩個被設置在將蓋子1 0區劃成固定蓋子部1 0a與開 關蓋子部10b的前述側壁4的前述切入部9a、9b之位置的直 線的部分，係如第1圖之（b)所示，該部分的頂板3的底面5被 形成斷面爲倒V字狀的溝槽11，且以該部分爲中心形成開 關蓋子部10b對固定蓋子部l〇a可以扳轉的絞鍊部12。 此外，將連結兩個被設置在側壁4的切入部9a、9b的位 置附近之以直徑呈對稱的側壁4的兩個位置之直線作爲界線 後，可以區劃蓋子10爲固定蓋子部10a與開關蓋子部l〇b。 此種情形下，連結兩個被設置在將蓋子10區劃成固定蓋子 部1 0a與開關蓋子部1 〇b的側壁4的切入部9a、9b的位置附 近之以直徑呈對稱的側壁的兩個位置的直線的部分，係該 部分的頂板3的底面5被形成斷面爲倒V字狀的溝槽11，且 以該部分爲中心形成開關蓋子部l〇b對固定蓋子部10a可以 扳轉的絞鍊部1 2。 第5圖，係顯示連結兩個被設置在將蓋子10區劃成固定 蓋子部10a與開關蓋子部l〇b的前述側壁4的切入部9a、9b 的位置之直線的部分爲絞鍊部1 2的範例。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS ) A4規格（210X297公釐） (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -裝· *訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 -14 -
