五、發明說明(々X 加。 鑒於上述問題點,本發明之目的在於提供一種喂紗裝 置,係用於與針織方向無關且能在任意位置上反轉喂紗器 之喂紗部之橫編機。 【發明之揭示】 本發明,係一種橫編機,其將至少前後一對針床以前 端部對峙之狀態設置,在該針床上將複數支編針並排成進 退自如,在前述針床上方設置平行於針床長邊方向之走紗 軌道,在該走紗軌道上,將用於供應紗給前述編針之喂紗 器設置成移動自如,並設置喂紗器連行機構,係用連行片 在針床之既定位置進行前述喂紗器之連行或解除連行; 前述喂紗器,係由喂紗器基台、往復移動機構、及運 動轉換機構所構成, 前述喂紗器基台,係在上緣中央部側具有能與前述喂 紗器連行機構之連行片卡合之卡合部,並在走紗軌道上被 支撐成能沿著針床之長邊方向往復運動; 前述往復移動機構,係在喂紗器基台被支撐成在喂紗 又,能以電氣的方式將前述喂紗器連行機構控制成, 當利用連行片來和喂紗器構成連行時或/及解除連行時,能 與前述往復移動機構上所設之卡合面選擇性地做卡合或非 卡合。 又,前述運動轉換機構之較佳者之特徵在於: 由旋動用凸輪(藉由前述往復移動機構之移動而旋動) 以及旋動輔助凸輪(設置於旋動用凸輪之下方或上方)所構 成,藉以前述喂紗器連行機構所造成之前述往復移動機構 之移動,來旋動前述旋動用凸輪既定量後,藉以前述喂紗 器連行機構所造成之前述旋動用凸輪或前述旋動輔助凸輪 之往上下方向的移動,而使前述旋動輔助凸輪抵接於前述 旋動用凸輪,並使前述旋動用凸輪進行爲將前述喂紗部反 轉所需之旋動。 【發明之較佳實施例】 以下,參照圖面以說明本發明之實施例° <實施例1> 第1圖,係本發明之橫編機之喂紗裝置的側視圖’圖 中符號1,係表示橫編機全體。 將複數支編針6並排成進退自如,走錠紡車(carriage)8,係 藉由未圖示之皮帶驅動機構而往復行走於針床2上面,並 利用設置於走錠紡車8之針織凸輪9來進行編針6之進退 操作。在走錠紡車8上設置跨越前後針床而連結爲一體之 閘式臂(gate-arm)lO,在閘式臂10,搭載用以讓喂紗器12 跟著一起行走之喂紗器連行機構14。 在針床2上方,以並排於針床2之編針6前端部附近 爲中心,將平行於針床2之長邊方向之4支走紗軌道16以 在針床前後方向上成爲放射狀之方式,配置於編織機兩端 之未圖示的支撐架之間。在走紗軌道16上分別適當地支撐 有能移動的喂紗器12以及進行添紗針織所使用之添紗用喂 紗器13。 在添紗用喂紗器13下端設有後述之喂紗部22,其具 有用以分別引導主紗與添紗的主紗用之孔18與添紗用之孔 20,添紗針織時,將喂紗部22之主紗用之孔18與添紗用 之孔20配置成平行於喂紗器移動方向,依主紗、添紗之順 序排列線並供給編針6,藉此能使主紗出現於針織物之外 表。走錠紡車8轉換移動方向後,以與走錠紡車移動方向 直交之走錠紡車長邊方向爲軸,將喂紗部22旋動180度, 而使走錠紡車移動方向之主紗用之孔18與添紗用之孔20 的配置對調,並從喂紗部22依主紗、添紗之順序供給編針 〇 以下,對於「旋動上述喂紗部22」將僅用「反轉喂紗 8 輪56。旋動用凸輪56及設在桿部36下端之接頭50,係由 軸58互相連結,旋動用凸輪56之旋動係透過軸58而傳動 至接頭50。 喂紗桿引導構件34,係由具有適當彈性與硬度之薄板 來形成比喂紗桿32爲寬廣,並特別將喂紗桿引導構件34 之下方設爲寬廣部60。在喂紗桿引導構件34之下端,設 有用於引導喂紗桿32之引導部62。在引導部62上形成用 於引導喂紗桿32之透孔64,又在喂紗器前後面上形成具 紗器13之上端之卡合部80之略中央部分,能上下運動地 支撐喂紗桿32之上升彈壓部46。 在下降機構28上設置用於壓下喂紗桿32之凸輪板92 。凸輪板92,係透過連結板94而連結於喂紗器連行機構 14之連行片24,並隨連行片24之上下運動而一起動作, 又,凸輪板92係以搖動樞支銷96爲中心前後搖動之方式 而形成。而且,在凸輪板92之下端部分形成壓下凸輪98 ,用以壓下喂紗桿32之壓下部48上端。藉由該下降機構 28之凸輪板92來壓下喂紗桿32,能使設置於喂紗桿32下 端之喂紗部22比喂紗桿引導構件34之前端爲突出。 其次,就用於將設置於喂紗桿32下端之喂紗部22任 意反轉之機構來進行說明。 在添紗用喂紗器13之上部,以左右成一對的方式設置 控制片70、72。在各控制片70、72上分別設置2支銷100 控制片連結板106之前視圖;第9圖,係表示旋動用凸輪 56之俯視圖,其安裝於控制片連結板106以及喂紗桿(鬆嵌 合於控制片連結板106)32之上升彈壓部46。第10圖,係 表示用於反轉喂紗部22之旋動用凸輪56 ;第10--a圖,係 旋動用凸輪56之俯視圖;第ΙΟ-b圖,係旋動用凸輪56之 側視圖;第10-c圖,係表示第10-b圖之從B-B方向所視之 旋動用凸輪56。 方向之滑動來旋動旋動用凸輪56。 藉由控制片連結板106向左改變位置,鬆嵌合於設在 控制片連結板106上端之2個突片122、123間之的第1旋 動凸輪132,則從喂紗器上方看將順時鐘旋動90度。讓形 成於控制片連結板106之中央上面的缺口部124,當旋動 用凸輪56之第1旋動凸輪132旋動時,使第1旋動凸輪 132之前端部不抵接於控制片連結板106。 第1旋動用凸輪132之旋動,係藉由軸(嵌裝於旋動用 凸輪56之軸裝配孔135)58亦傳向接頭50,又,裝在接頭 50之喂紗部22,係從喂紗器上方看將順時鐘旋動90度。 藉由該控制片連結板106向左移動,設置於喂紗箱40之連 結板卡合部126的卡止片128,就卡合於形成在控制片連 結板106之下端之凹部130,並以抵抗彈簧之彈壓的方式 ,控制片連結板106將被鎖在該位置。 搖動,以致控制片連結板106與連結板卡合部126之卡止 片128之卡合被解除。因此,控制片連結板1〇6雖然欲藉 彈簧之彈壓來向右移動,但是因藉後述之旋動輔助凸輪 136所致之旋動用凸輪56之旋動,連結板鎖定凸輪134抵 接於設在控制片連結板106上端的右側突片122之右側面 138,故即使控制片連結板1〇6與連結板卡合部126之卡止 片128之卡合處於完成解除之狀態,控制片連結板106亦 會藉旋動用凸輪56之連結板鎖定凸輪134,以抵抗控制片 連結板106之彈簧之彈壓而保持在相同位置。 在旋動後之旋動用凸輪(其藉由控制片連結板106向左 改變位置而旋動)56之第1旋動凸輪132之下方,將第12 圖所示之旋動輔助凸輪136設於喂紗箱40內側;該旋動輔 助凸輪136,係具有凸輪面140,用以讓旋動用凸輪56繼 續旋動(90度)並直到喂紗部22反轉爲止。 當喂紗器連行機構14和添紗用喂紗器13構成連行之 際,下降機構28之凸輪板92壓下喂紗桿32之壓下部48。 因旋動用凸輪56裝配於喂紗桿32之上升彈壓部46,故藉 由喂紗桿32之下降而旋動用凸輪56亦將下降。若以將控 制片連結結板106向左改變方向並將旋動用凸輪56旋動90 度後之狀態讓喂紗桿32下降,則旋動用凸輪56之第1旋 動凸輪132就抵接旋動輔助凸輪136之凸輪面140。若繼續 讓連行片24下降;若將添紗用喂紗器13向右連行,就要 在第3圖之D-C間讓連行片24下降。 與連行片24之下降連動,下降機構28之凸輪板92係 以搖動樞支銷96爲中心向添紗用喂紗器13之方向搖動。 若走錠紡車8繼續行走,則藉由形成於凸輪板92下端 之壓下凸輪98抵接於喂紗桿32之壓下部48上端而壓下喂 紗桿32,該喂紗桿32下端之喂紗部22係以向編針喂紗位
