規定時間之後確認貨物室門之關閉狀態,實施貨物室門之 上鎖,與它同時的再使保全機能動作。此保全動作之再動 作爲止之規定時間即得由預先準備之複數之時間中可以選 擇設。本實施例乃由設於主體(1 )之基板連接鎖之插換 而可以選定爲「5秒」、「8秒」、「1 0秒」、「3 0 秒」其中之一。 又,駕駛員將以卡片(K )遮著天線(4 )解除保全 機能開啓座椅門之後,駕駛員坐入而關閉座椅門爲止不做 包括貨物門並沒有開維持關閉之狀態)。就不管引擎有無 運轉中或車輛是否行走,如上述經過規定時間後,自動的 貨物室門之上鎖馬達(1 3 )啓動而將門上鎖同時保全機 能之動作開始啓動成爲保全監視狀態。因此駕駛員雖然自 己不做門之上鎖,全部之門係在於規定之時間後自動的被 上鎖,不會發「忘記上鎖」、「未做開始保全機能之指示 」等情形。在此意義上就不需要當車速達到規定速度以上 時爲了安全,自動的對於門施予上鎖之「定速上鎖」之系 統。而以此狀態地行走至目的地,換言之在駕駛中門均保 持上鎖,且保全機能維持於動作中。 到達目的地時,駕駿員要下車時,即與上車時相同地 以卡片(4 )遮上天線(4 )。而暫時的解除保全,同時 使上鎖馬達(1 2 ) 、(13),而包括貨物室門地將全 部之門之上鎖予以解除(解鎖)。與上車時不同,卡片( K )乃在於車內來遮上天線(4 ),惟天線(4 )係車內 外任何方向側均能與卡片(K )通信,所以不會有妨礙。 如果駕駛員不小心以門半關狀態地離開時,感測器會 檢測出而以微電腦(Μ )而以規定時間(例如8秒)後, 警不係.門未關好起見,以短音鳴放二次啦Β八。座椅門之半 關狀態係以門燈開關(8 )來實施。貨物門之半關狀態即 以開關(9 )來實施,將門之半關(關門不完全)之警報 例如定爲8秒鐘之理由係,駕駛員以走路離開之下充分聽 也會開始,將成爲保全監視狀態,惟在此很短之時間內, 小偷也可能不正當的打開門,坐上車而開車逃走。而在於 保全機能之動作中,座椅門或貨物門之鎖之不正當的被解 除,即自上鎖感測器(7 )之信號係被送至主體(1 ), 主體(1 )即鑑別爲異常狀態而會發出警報,所以偷竊人 使用可開之鑰匙或偷竊工具(裝置)等解除上鎖而欲侵入 於車內就被檢測出異常狀態。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 再者,此時係實施鳴放啦叭等之警告動作,惟由於引 擎係運轉中,所以如後述地採用自檢知異常而經過了規定 時間後令引擎停之措致亦可能,惟從交通安全之法條規定 ,在於行走中之引擎動作中之停止,只限定使用鑰匙操作 才可以,所以本實施例1即不做強行令引擎停止。相反地 如果駕駛員關引擎後下車時,偷竊人欲以鑰匙操作而使引 擎起動時,即由於保全機能已動作,所以引擎電路(1 4 互地點減地動作。爲了使緊急警告燈交互地點減,乃自主 體(1 )而介著第1連接器(2 )而對於右側緊急警告燈 (1 0 a )與左側緊急警告燈(1 〇 b )交互的通電就可 以。 由於緊急警告燈係一般係同時左右點亮爲常,因此交互 的點燈就從外周可以認識異常,偷竊人可能知難而退。 並且在於緊急警告燈之點燈後經過5秒而高音啦叭( 1 1 b )及低音啦叭(1 1 a )係交互的鳴放。同常高音 啦叭(1 1 b )與低音啦叭(1 1 a )係同常一齊鳴放, 因此高低音交互之鳴放就聽起來不自然。會引起周遭之注 意,偷竊人會知難而退。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 又,緊急警告燈與啦叭雖然可以採取同時動作,惟本 實施例乃考慮到偷竊人帶有凶器,會發生狂亂之情形,故 意地開始時期上設了 5秒鐘之差。啦5/\與燈相比對於通知 周遭之效果大,對於犯人之驚怕或心理上之壓迫感很大, 竊人之在於緊急警告燈及啦叭之警告之下。仍然以合用之 鑰匙或變更了配線而啓動引擎而行走(偷了車)之後,由 於從檢測了異常之3 0秒後,自主體(1 )而對於引擎控 制電路(14)送信實施停止引擎之控制之命令也可能。 由而雖然車輛已在行,惟由於引擎熄火(停止)而使車輛 停止’由而無法偷車。假如偷竊人對於電路詳悉,拔去主 體(1)之連接器(2) 、(3),而使主體(1)從車 之寬裕時間之間不會被上鎖地以微電腦(Μ )來維持,本 實施例內將該寬裕時間定爲3 0秒。 駕駿員係在該3 0秒之間開啓貨物門之門。於開啓貨 物室門之狀態下,貨物室門不會被上鎖,所以並非車輛之 全部門被關閉,即在此時點座椅門係被上鎖,惟貨物門係 被開啓狀態),保全機能也沒有被再開動,由於開啓貨物 門做作業之時間沒有做限制,因此可以從容地做貨物之裝 卸。如果經過3 0秒之間不開啓貨物門時,由於貨物門係 會發生門之上鎖及保全機能之開始之指示之被忘記(忽略 )之情形。 再者,將貨物門之門之被自動上鎖之寬裕時間係考慮 了大型卡車等之大的送貨車之走到車輛後部而開啓貨物室 門扉時費時間之緣故,所以關於小型送貨車輛而認爲更短 時間(例如1 5秒)爲合宜時即可以設計爲較短時間。 於開啓送貨室門而做作業之間,座椅門乃被鎖定著, 所以小偷無法從座椅門而侵入,因此駕駛員在裝卸貨中不 須留意於司機室,司機室不會有遭受偷竊之事。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 貨物之裝卸完成而關閉貨物室門時,藉貨物室用燈開 關(9 )而主體(1 )得確認貨物室門成爲關閉狀態。於 是經過規定時間之後,貨物室門用上鎖馬達(1 3 )啓動 而貨物室門將被上鎖,由而座椅門及貨物室門之全部之門 之上鎖係完成,同時保全機能之動作會開始。 如上所述作業完成後,關閉好後貨物室門,就自動的 再者駕駛員或運輸公司,乃如果將有具備此防盜裝置 載置於車輛時,很容易證明已做到保全上之義務,而如此 之上再遭盜竊(例如不上車以吊車拖走)時,亦容易受理 賠也。 下面簡單的說明使用遙控裝置(R )之情形。 遙控裝置(R )內內藏有電池,按下開關就會發出特 定之電波。如上所述,上述之遙控放大器(a )補捉此電 波而經過信接受用電纜(1 5 )、第1連接器(2 )之# 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製
