Abstract

A neck part crystallizing device has a feed passage for feeding two rows of preforms in parallel. First and second heating parts for heating the neck parts of two rows of the preforms to crystallizing temperature, a cooling part for cooling the heated neck parts of two rows of the performs and a taking-out part for taking out two rows of the preforms after cooling are provided on the way of the feed passage. Two rows of feed members for feeding the preforms in a state receiving the body parts of the preforms so as to expose the neck parts of them are provided to the feed passage. Two rows of cooling cores inserted in the neck parts of the heated preforms to cool the neck parts while shaping the inner surfaces thereof and two rows of releasing cylindrical members coming into contact with the end surfaces of the opening ends of the neck parts when the cooling cores are pulled out of the neck parts to release the inner surfaces of the neck parts and the cooling cores are provided at the cooling part.

527275 A7 B7 五、發明説明(彳) 〔發明領域〕 本發明係有關預成型之頸部結晶化裝置;尤其是有關 用以提升耐熱性容器之頸部的耐熱性和機械特性之預成型 之頸部結晶化裝置。 說明有關形成耐熱性樹脂製容器的技術,或令預成型 之頸部白化結晶化之方法,據知乃如日本特公昭第6 1 一 1 2 8 8號公報及特公昭第6 1 - 2 4 1 7 0號公報所示 者。 使該等公報所示的預成型之頸部結晶化的方法,係爲 一種在預成型之頸部內’插入型芯的方法。以頸部的內周 面和型芯的外周面接觸的狀態,使頸部結晶化,來限定頸 部的形狀。 又’於結晶化之際,用隔熱材來阻斷預成型之頸部和 其他部分的熱氣,且使頸部露出熱風環境中,來進行熱處 理,並且在此狀況下,以被形成在預成型之頸部下的凸緣 部下面和前述隔熱材上面之間具有間隙的情形,來進行熱 處理。 如此一來因在凸緣部下面和隔熱材上面之間具有間隙 ,因此即可防止凸緣部的熱氣從隔熱材流散,還可防止凸 緣部的溫度降低,就能解決熱處理不足。 但就此種結晶化方法中’被插入預成型之頸部的型芯 ,只是用來限定頸部的形狀。因此,湏成型之頸部加熱後 ,並無法積極的冷卻頌部’而從結晶化到取出的成型週期 就會有增長之虞。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS) A4規格(210x 297公釐) m. - - n*—— n -1 I - (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 527275 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作杜印製 A7 B7 五、發明説明(2 ) 又,以頸部內周面和型芯外周面接觸的狀態’使頸部 結晶化,但並沒有針對熱處理結束後,使型芯和頸部脫模 的裝置,而很難自動化。 又,以凸緣部下面和隔熱材上面之間具有間隙的方式 ,來進行熱處理,對於因熱處理而使凸緣部變形的情況下 ,沒有整形的手段,造成無法整形的狀態。 於是,本申請人先前已提案一種能利用型芯,確實地 加以整形預成型之頸部的形狀,且能從頸部確實地抽拔型 芯之適合自動化的預成型之頸部結晶化裝置(日本特願平 第 10 — 96613 號)。 但對於使頸部結晶化,會耗時在加熱上,以致在提升 生產性這點方面,仍有改良的餘地。 又,對於簡化搬送預成型之構件的組裝,或提升安定 性等亦有改良的餘地。 〔發明重點〕 本發明之目的在於提供一種即能達成更多量之預成型 的頸部結晶化’又能提升生產性之預成型之頸部結晶化裝 置。 本發明之另一目的在於提供一種能簡化搬送預成型之 構件的組裝,或簡化構造、提升安定性之預成型之頸部結 晶化裝置。 本發明之預成型之頸部結晶化裝置之其中一形態,乃 屬於使得具有頸部、和連在該頸部之有底筒狀腹部的預 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標隼(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) Γ—-----------------ylT-------;
