線 526056 A7 _____ B7 五、發明説明(7 ) 頭部和腳跟氣囊1 1、1 2的空氣。 螺管44可操控感應墊的背部壓力,利用切換於限制器15 和15a,並變換壓力墊之靜態及交替式的操作模式。 因此,用以連接壓力墊1之供應管線丨4即能維持在最小的 數目。 使用時,當進行充氣氣囊U期間,壓力轉換器5監測頭部 和腳跟區的壓力,直到達到所需的壓力p丨為止,此時螺管 4 1或42操作並切斷氣流。然後壓力轉換器45即監測頭部和 腳跟區中的壓力P1。 頭部,上腿和腳跟區的壓力?1係比軀幹區的壓力P2低很 多。由於事實上,當需要切斷頭部,上腿和腳跟區的壓力 P1時’根本尚未建立軀幹區所需的壓力P2,因此P1的數值 係設定為先前交替式充氣循環中之!>2壓力值的比例值。為 了維持其P 2壓力水平之最高壓力區段,因此必須直接操控 泵浦6,透過來自於該感應墊8的反饋,而且在必要時,亦 可利用該迴轉式閥門7來加以密封。軀幹區可藉由調整該感 應墊之預設壓力值的方式來控制該壓縮機的輸出,以設定 不同的舒適壓力。 當氣囊1 1完全充氣後,則結合轉子的位置和螺管的操 作,即可開啟一氣囊區段,而它的壓力會經由壓力轉換器 45檢查,然後增加空氣或依照需要釋放壓力。此方法可免 除對針可用以控制該每一區段壓力之昂貴的複合式壓力轉 換器的需求。 使用類似的螺管亦可提供可膨脹軀幹區額外的功能,其 --—____-11 ____ 本紙張尺度適用中國國家樣準(CNS) A4規格(210X297公爱) 526056 A7 ___ B7 五、發明説明( ) 8 係能膨脹至一安全氣囊之可膨脹深度,以讓病患進/出壓力 塾,如圖3所示,因為吾人已知病患發現進出一完全膨脹的 壓力墊是有困難。此軀幹氣囊放氣的功能可由病患自行控 制。 或可選擇’如圖4所示’該頭部區可放氣,當躺幹區第一 氣囊5 1維持膨脹狀態時,而上腿和腳跟區則是交替式地膨 脹以提供一位病患一傾斜的位置。上腿和腳跟區氣囊也能 個別放氣,以提供必要的壓力釋放。因此,在壓力墊的任 何氣囊中,皆可個別放氣,以讓個別區域釋放壓力。 雖然上述特定實施例僅闡述一交替式壓力塾1,然而本發 明仍可同等應用至一靜態式壓力墊,其具有一感應墊並使 得頭部、上腿、軀幹及腳跟區各具有不同的壓力P1和P2。 該泵浦6係使用功率脈寬調變器(P w Μ)來驅動壓縮機,此 係和先前技藝中所採用之輸電幹線交替驅動式壓縮機相反 的。一微控制器可產生壓縮機C 1、C 2所需之驅動波形,其 具有可變的標間隔固定式重複率和固定的振幅,所以系浦6 的性能表現才不會依賴任何特別的輸電幹線電壓或頻率。 因此,該泵浦6即可使用任何國家的輸電幹線電壓來操作。 該壓縮機的輸出可藉由改變PWM標間比(從0至最大值)而變 更。因此,氣囊壓力PI、Ρ2即可藉由改變壓縮機Cl、C2 之PWM驅動方式來進行控制,故可排除對壓縮機最大輸出 的需求,此係由於始終必須個別控制壓力並浪費壓縮機的 輸出之故。此舉具有可增長壓縮機使用壽命和較低的運轉 成本等優點。 ------- 19 -_ _ 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS) Α4規格(210 X 297公釐)
