524913 A7 ___B7__________ 五、發明說明(/ ) 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明,係關於水錶安裝單元,其使設置於公寓住宅 等各戶供水管之水錶簡便地裝卸。 【習知技術】 以往,在供水管中,水錶係分別在其一次側(入口)及 二次側(出口 ·)連結止水栓及止回閥,當更換水錶時,先解 除與止水栓及止回閥之連結,然後再將新水錶介裝連結於 止水栓及止回閥之間。 【發明欲解決之課題】 然而,一旦從止水栓及止回閥之間拆下水錶,止水栓 及止回閥之水錶連結口之軸芯就常常互相偏位,加上由於 公寓住宅等水錶之設置場所一般係狹窄,若要將水錶之出 入口再度要領良好地連結於止水栓與止回閥之各連結口, 實爲困難,故若要在一公寓住宅將安裝於每戶之水錶全部 更換或新設,就有非常費力、費時之課題。 【用以解決課題之手段】 本發明,有鑒於上述課題,而提供一種水錶安裝單元 對應於止水栓之出口及止回閥之入口,在止水栓之出口及 止回閥之入口任一方設置伸縮管,該伸縮管係將其能在口 內部水密狀地滑動之圓形基端部以可進退自如的方式插入 該出口或該入口而構成,藉由伸縮管之伸縮,將水錶簡單 地介裝連結於止水栓及止回閥間。 【發明之實施形態】 以下,根據圖式說明本發明之一實施例。 圖1,係表示本發明之水錶安裝單元1的剖面圖。 該單元1,係具備分別連結於水錶Μ出入口 Ml、M2 之止水栓2及止回閥3,及將該止水栓2及止回閥3在連 結水錶Μ之出入口 Ml、M2之軸線上以相隔比水錶Μ之 全長(出入口 Ml、M2間之距離)爲長之間隔分開配置之基 台4。 止水栓2,係其入口 5與出口 6之流路大致成直角之 角形附副栓球止水栓,設置連通於入口 5之直線流路,並 且將本體9(於直線流路內從入口側起依序接續形成有作爲 副栓7及主栓8之球狀閥體)、與基台裝設部1〇(設置連通 於出口 推拔面20被漸漸地往本體9之連結端部11之凹槽16內緊 壓,由於和推拔面20接續之圓形面21環15會一時擴徑沒 入於凹槽16內,當凹槽16、22彼此對應之後,環15就縮 •徑至外力未作用之初期狀態,而使環15之內徑側部位15a 內切於凹槽22而收容,本體9與基台裝設部10就藉由環 15而不會脫離並且變得可互相旋轉自如,使閥體開閉用之 操作桿23、24(和作爲副閥7及主閥8之球狀閥體相連且 面部Π,因兩凹槽16、22之開口部端緣之各棱角部X(因 凹槽16之一方之稜角部形成斜面部17故未圖示)朝上下相 反方向推壓環15的力量,使環15擴徑,沒入於本體9之 凹槽16內,故估計該時本體9與基台裝設部10就會脫離 ,然而藉由在凹槽16設置斜面部17,如圖6(b),因環15 之外徑側部位15b推壓斜面部17的相反力量,朝向對其傾 斜面直交之方向,即朝向基台裝設部10之凹槽22內側作 用,故不會使環15擴徑而沒入於本體9之凹槽16內,一 旦連結成一體化之止水栓2,就不能分離爲其本體9與基 台裝設部10。 止水栓2之基台裝設部1〇出口 6側(對本體9成直角 之部分),將側面25形成圓形狀,並且突設圓形鍔部26。 在基台裝設部10之出口 6設置直管狀之伸縮管29 ’ 該伸縮管29係將其能在口內部27水密狀地滑動之圓形基 端部28以可進退自如的方式插入該出口而構成。 伸縮管29,係在其圓形基端部28周圍所凹設之〇環 槽內裝設〇環P,並在較圓形基端部28更前端側,接續形 成比圓形基端部28之外徑爲小(在圖示例’係大致內切於 圓形基端部28)之既定長度之多角形側面部30 ’在伸縮管 29最前端之開口部端面設置固接有襯墊S之凸緣,並且在 伸縮管29最前端設置接合螺帽等接頭構件U ’用以連結於 水錶Μ之入口 Ml。 7 _ ,作業空間狹窄,不適合埋設固定螺栓於基台設置面GL, 故須於與設置於凸緣45、45a之螺絲插穿孔47、47a ...相 對應之基台設置面GL以鑽頭穿設孔,並且在該孔埋設螺 絲螺合用之塞子(未圖示),再將插穿螺絲插穿孔47、47a …之螺絲(未圖示)螺進前述塞子,而使基台4固定於基台 設置面GL。 在新設基台之情形,若在配置供水管之前,因比上述 情形之作業空間爲廣闊,能於基台設置面GL容易地埋設 固定螺栓,故於與設置於凸緣45、45a之固定螺栓插穿孔 46、46a相對應之基台設置面GL埋設固定螺栓後,將突出 基台設置面GL之螺栓(未圖示)插穿固定螺栓插穿孔46、 46a,並以螺帽予以鎖緊,而使基台4固定於基台設置面 GL 〇 上述基台4之其他固定方法,則亦能以砂漿將凸緣45 、45a固裝於基台設置面GL上。 藉由以上3種類之固定方法中任一種,將基台4固定 524913 A7 _____B7___ 五、發明說明(g ) 40a與固定構件41、41a間鬆肷各基台裝設部i〇、34之狀 態暫時固定。 在該暫時固定狀態,因在座部40、40a與固定構件41 、41a間亦鬆嵌各圓形鍔部%、36 ’雖基台裝設部10、34 係以其軸線爲中心可旋轉自如’但各圓形鍔部26、36限制 其軸線方向之移動,故止水栓2及止回閥3之位置於基台 4之左右方向會確定下來。 在如上述之狀態,藉由分別適宜旋轉止水栓2及止回 閥3,使止水栓2之入口 5及止回閥3之出口 32指向於對 應供水管之各連結口,以接合螺帽(未圖示)暫時固定來連 結。 接著,在止水栓2,對基台裝設部10旋轉本體9,使 操作桿23、24及把手24a往所欲方向突出,最後,將接合 螺帽(暫時固定來連結止水栓2及止回閥3與供水管)及緊 固構件BT完全鎖緊。 又,即使使用直管形態(未將止水栓2及止回閥3彎曲 爲角狀)者,爲連結於供水管,因需要在止水栓2之入口 5 及止回閥3之出口 32分別連結肘管,最後,在暫時固定時 ’旋轉暫時固定狀態之止水栓2及止回閥3,使連結於止 水栓2之入口 5側及止回閥3之出口 32側之肘管之連結口 對應供水管之連結口。 其次,在固定於基台4之止水栓2及止回閥3間介裝 連結水錶Μ。 如上述之連結時,.在止水栓2及止回閥3間配置水錶 11 角形側面部30大徑,在伸張伸縮管29爲最長之狀態,圓 形基端部28就抵接於固定構件41之前端面43之內側(多 角形口 44周圍)而防止脫離。 至於接頭構件U之鎖緊,因止水栓2及止回閥3之基 台裝設部1〇、34被座部40、40a與固定構件41、41a挾持 ,故不能旋轉,伸縮管29亦因其多角形側面部30配合於 固定構件41之前端面43,故不能旋轉,因此不必以鉗子 等工具分別握住防止伸縮管29與止回閥3個別旋轉,而僅 以扳手等鎖緊即可。 【發明之效果】 總之,本發明之單元1,係具備分別連結水錶Μ出入 口 ΜΙ、M2之止水栓2及止回閥3,及將該止水栓2及止 回閥3在連結水錶Μ出入口 Ml、M2之軸線上以相隔比水 錶Μ之全長爲長之間隔分開配置之基台4,僅將止水栓2 及止回閥3裝配於基台4,即可分別將止水栓2之出口 6 及止回閥3之入口
