經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 518305 Λ7 9409pif.doc/008 B7 五、發明說明(I ) 發明所屬的枝術領域 本發明係關於標籤自動貼附裝置,特別關於將印刷使 用方法,注意事項等之各種印刷標籤或薄膜開關(membrane switch)等之特殊標籤貼附於行動電話等之製品(work)的一 種標籤自動貼附裝置。 從來的技術 在各種製品進行標籤貼附。例如,在超級市場之商品 使記載價格的標籤貼附之場合,用携帶型的貼附器以人工 貼附時,有不受製品之形狀左右,對貼附位置或貼附姿勢 等也無特別嚴格之要求,也不要特別裝置之優點。但,在 行動電話等之精密電子機器,將印刷使用方法、注意事項 等之標籤用携帶型的貼附器以人工貼附時,標籤之貼附位 置或貼附姿勢等並非一定,不但顯然損失商品價値,從貼 附位置突出部分生起剝離之關係無法採用。 發明欲解決的誤顆 因此,從來,提案各種的標籤自動貼附裝置(參照日本 專利特開平5-270532號公報、特開平5-270533號公報、 特開平6-127540號公報、特開平2001-97330號公報等)。 此等的標籤自動貼附裝置係全如圖25所示貼附在底帶 (base sheet)B上的標籤R,以吸附頭Η吸附剝離移送至製 品W之位置同時,雖用吸附頭Η使標籤之全面以一次壓 附於製品W,由吸附頭Η進行標籤R之剝離與壓附,使 標籤之全面以一次壓附時,有標籤R之背面全面未能貼附 於製品,生起皺紋,卷入氣泡等之問題點。 4 ------------r_iii 訂-------!線,,1—1----------- (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 x 297公釐) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 518305 Λ7 9409pif.doc/008 β7 五、發明說明(、) 又’如圖26A所示,在長尺寸之底帶B準備貼合長尺 寸之標籤材R0之標籤帶(label sheet)RS,如圖26B所示, 使標籤帶RS按照標籤R之尺寸,向箭頭方向以間歇的輸 送,用上下移動的穿通模P打穿標籤材R0以製作標籤R 之關係,如圖26C所示標籤R1〜Rn之尺寸L本身係由穿 通模P決定之關係雖爲一定,標籤R,R間之間隔尺寸gl, g2,........gn係由標籤帶RS之輸送速度或穿通模P之上 下動作的時序(timing)等起微妙之變異之關係,雖吸附頭 Η以高精度進行昇降動作及水平移動,在製品W位置的標 籤位置或姿勢有微妙變化之問題點。 因此,本發明的目係提供一種標籤自動貼附裝置,對 行動電話等之精密電子機器之製品,使標籤背面全面以無 皺紋,不含氣泡之狀態加以貼附。 解決課題的手段 本發明的申請專利範圍第1項所述之標籤自動貼附裝 置,包括供給捲筒(reel)、卷取捲筒、標籤帶剝離手段及吸 附頭。其中,供給捲筒係卷裝在長尺寸底帶的暫貼附背面 有粘著劑之多收標籤的標籤帶,卷取捲筒係卷取從上述供 給捲筒抽出的標籤帶剝離標籤後之底帶,標籤帶剝離手段 係配置在上述供給捲筒與卷取捲筒之間,吸附頭係配置在 上述標籤帶剝離裝置之上方,與標籤貼附位置之間可能往 復動作。其特徵在於,設置按壓手段,使由上述吸附頭吸 附而移送至製品貼附位置的標籤,從其一方端部向他方端 部順次按壓貼附於製品。 5 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) — — — — — — — — — — — ^1 ·1111111 ·11111111 I Αν· — — — — — — — — — — (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 518305 Λ7 9409pif.doc/008 B7 五、發明說明(、) 依照上述之標籤自動貼附裝置,以配置在供給捲筒與 卷取捲筒之間的吸附頭加以吸附標籤同時,由標籤帶剝离隹 手段,藉由標籤帶之進行方向以銳角的變更,使標籤自動 的從標籤帶剝離,將吸附頭所吸附的標籤移送至製品貼附 位置,藉由以按壓手段,使標籤從其一端部側向他端部側 順次按壓於製品,以一面接直皺紋,且,一面追出氣泡之 關係,可使標籤之背面全面以不發生或起皺紋,或卷入氣 泡的貼附於製品。 尙且,在本發明,「標籤」之用語係不但通常的印刷 物所稱薄的標籤(label)及標誌(seal),並且用於包含例如, 如在行動電話之數字薄膜開關有某程度厚度,且有可動部 等廣義上之意義。 申請專利範圍第2項所述的標籤自動貼附裝置,其特 徵在於,上述按壓手段係配置在與吸附頭之進行方向的相 反側,使標籤從其後端部側向前端部側順次按壓貼附於製 品。 依照上述的裝置,藉由按壓手段從標籤的後端部側向 前端部側順次按附貼附於製品,可將標籤之背面全面能以 不起皺紋,且不卷入氣泡的貼附於製品。 申請專利範圍第3項所述的標籤自動貼附裝置,其特 徵在於,上述按壓手段係配置在吸附頭之進行方向的前方 側,使標籤從其前端部側向後端部側順次按壓貼附於製 品。 依照上述的裝,藉由按壓手段從標籤的前端部側向後 6 — — — — — — — — ΙΙΙΙΡ · I I I I I I I ·1111!111 — — — IV — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — f請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210x297公釐) 518305 A7 9409pif.doc/008 _ 五、發明說明(ip ) 端部側順次按附貼附於製品,可將標籤之背面全面能以不 起皺紋,且不卷入氣泡的貼附。特別,對於由標籤之0方 向的補正,標籤不在按壓手段之中心線上位置的場合,可 有效的將此種標籤從其前端部側向後端部側順次按壓貼附 於製品。 申請專利範圍第4項所述的自動貼附裝置,其特徵在 於,上述按壓手段係按壓轉輪(roller)。 依照上述的裝置,由簡單的按壓轉輪,可使標籤之背 面全面,以無皴紋,不含氣泡的貼附於製品。 申請專利範圍第5項所述的標籤自動貼附裝置,其特 徵在於,上述按壓轉輪係在圓周方向之一部分具有缺口 部。 依照上述的裝置,使標籤貼附於製品之凹部的場合, 利用按壓轉輪之缺口部,不開凹部之段差,可使凹部內之 標籤從一方端部至他方端部能確實按壓貼附。 申請專利範圍第6項所述的標籤自動貼附裝置,其特 徵在於,在上述吸附頭之進行經路的途中下方,配置感應 器’以檢出吸附於吸附頭之標籤的位置及姿勢。 依照上述的裝置,由感應器,可檢出吸附於吸附頭之 標籤的位置及姿勢之關係,利用其檢出輸出,能補正標籤 之位置及姿勢。 申請專利範圍第7項所述的標籤自動貼附裝置,其特 徵在於,上述吸附頭係安裝在由上述感應器之標籤的檢出 輸出以控制位置及姿勢之控制機構。 7 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 Λ -· I I 1 ϋ I I I I I n I I I I I 1 — — — — — — — — — — — — 本紙張尺度翻+關家鮮(CNS)Ai 規格(21〇χ 297公釐) 518305 Λ7 9409pif.doc/008 B7 五、發明說明(Γ) 依照上述的裝置,由感應器之標籤位置及姿勢之檢出 輸出驅動控制機構,可使吸附頭在± X方向、± Y方向移 動、在± 0方向迴轉,能使標籤正確貼附於製品之所定位 置,特別,如上所述,由控制機構之驅動使吸附頭之位置 及姿勢補正,以補正標籤之位置及姿勢,與補正製品之位 置及姿勢的場合比較時,可使裝置之構成明顯的簡單化’ 且,能廉價。 申請專利範圍第8項所述的標籤自動貼附裝置,其特 徵在於,貼附上述標籤的底帶係在長軸方向之至少沿一側 端部具有一定間隔的鏈輪(sprocket)孔。 依照上述的裝置,標籤上面不能強力按壓,例如,在 行動電話之數字薄膜開關等之標籤,以不給與標籤過過大 壓力下,加充分制動(brake)於底帶,可順利進行標籤之剝 離同時,能以所定間距確實輸送底帶。 申請專利範圍第9項所述的標籤自動貼附裝置,其特 徵在於,上述吸附頭裝設吸附頭位置檢出用感應器,以檢 出標籤帶剝離構件之上方位置、感應器之上方位置及標籤 貼附位置之上方位置。 依照上述的裝置,可由吸附頭位置檢出用感應器檢出 吸附頭位置,以使吸附頭移動用伺服馬達等之驅動部停止 之關係,可使吸附頭在標籤帶剝離構件之上方位置、感應 器之上方位置及標籤貼附位置之上方位置,以正確決定位 置停止,能正確進行標籤之吸附及剝離動作、由感應器的 標籤之位置及姿勢補正動作,及在製品貼附位置之標籤貼 8 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 鼇 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 ^ ·11111111 — ΙΙΙΓΙΙΚΙ—1 — — — — — — I I — I -- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公餐) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 518305 A7 9 4 0 9pi f · doc / 0 〇 8 _B7 五、發明說明(6 ) 附動作。 申請專利範圍第10項所述的標籤自動貼附裝置,其特 徵在於,在供給捲筒與標籤帶剝離手段之間,設置背面張 力附與手段,使吸引上述標籤帶之背面以,附與背面張力 於標籤帶。 依照上述的標籤自動貼附裝置,以配置在供給捲筒與 卷取捲筒之間的背面張力附與手段吸引標籤同時,由標籤 帶剝離手段,藉由底帶之進行方向以銳角的變更,標籤以 自動的從標籤帶剝離,使吸附頭所吸附之標籤移送至製品 貼附位置,藉由以按壓手段使標籤從其一端部側向他端部 側順次按附於製品,可以一面拉直皺紋,且,一面追出氣 泡貼附之關係,能使標籤之背面全面以不發生或起皴紋, 或卷入氣泡的貼附於製品。 並且,因配置在供給捲筒與卷取捲筒之間的背面張力 附與手段可吸引標籤帶之背面,能附與適度之背面張力於 標籤帶,所以不需要底帶之幅度方向的一端或兩端設鏈輪 之關係,可使底帶之幅度尺寸變小,由此不但底帶之材料 費低減,也能使裝塡用此幅度狹窄狀的底帶之標籤帶的供 給捲筒、引導轉輪及卷取捲筒等小型化,可使標籤貼附裝 置小型化及低廉化。 申請專利範圍第11項所述的標籤自動貼附裝置,其特 徵在於,上述背面張力附與手段具備吸引頭及引導轉輪° 其中,吸引頭具有吸引上述標籤帶背面之吸引孔,引導轉 輪係設在此吸引頭之標籤帶進行方向之前後。 9 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公t ) -— — — — — — —(II — II 里 — — I -
