An extra length is left at the lower inner peripheral surface of the side cylinder, with which a downward peripheral surface of the inverted-round-dish-shaped bottom is brought into contact, and is wrapped in the extra-length peripheral surface; while the upper part of the downward peripheral surface and the side cylinder are pressed at the outer peripheral surface, the lower peripheral surface is curled; and an end periphery of the side cylinder is sandwiched between the curled section and the bottom, and only an inner periphery of the curled section is crushed along the bottom, thereby forming a downward tilt elastic side and a bottom joint section.
