衣纸張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X 297公釐) 500854 A7 _B7 五、發明説明(9 ) 35a、濕度顯示部、及溫度顯示部。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 圖1 2係顯示一控制電路之方塊圖。控制器30包含一驅 動電路、一微電腦、及一電源電路。熱泵單元的馬達10、 加熱器5、及壓縮機1 7連接至控制器30,而操作控制操作 部31、濕度感測器34、溫度感測器35、及冷凝器溫度感 測器20係連接至微電腦。 下文將針對圓筒型衣類烘乾機的操作詳加描述。 在執行藉正常旋轉筒烘乾的快速烘乾情形中,圓筒型 衣類烘乾機係如圖1所示的條件下操作。 將待烘乾的衣物1 9置入旋轉筒4內,再按壓烘乾機的 操作控制操作部3 1上的「快速程序」鈕。然後,控制器30 指示熱泵單元的馬達1 0、加熱器5、及壓縮機1 7的驅動操 作。馬達1 0旋轉時,旋轉筒4及熱交換型風扇6即旋轉, 形成箭頭X所顯示的回流空氣的流向,及箭頭Y所顯示的 冷卻空氣的流向。回流的乾燥空氣藉自在旋轉筒4內的衣 物1 9移除水分,而變成高溫及高濕氣狀態,且轉移至熱交 換型風扇6。回流的乾燥空氣藉與熱交換型風扇6的冷卻空 氣熱交換,因應溫度降低的量,而相對的降低其溫度及濕 度,而密度增加,然後經回流導管1 2傳遞至蒸發器1 5。在 蒸發器1 5內去熱的回流乾燥空氣藉加熱器5來除濕及加熱 ,然後再次回到旋轉筒4內。藉上述方法,由於衣物係藉 熱泵單元1 5至1 8及加熱器5的總熱來烘乾,故衣物可快速 的被烘乾。 下文將針對欲節省成本的情形闡述之。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X29*7公釐) -12 - 500854 A7 _____B7_ 五、發明説明(1〇) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本I) 將待烘乾的衣物1 9置入旋轉筒4內,再按壓烘乾機的 操作控制操作部3 1上的「省電程序」鈕。然後,控制器30 指示熱泵單元的馬達10及壓縮機17的驅動操作。馬達10 旋轉時,旋轉筒4及熱交換型風扇6即旋轉,形成箭頭X所 顯示的回流空氣的流向,及箭頭Y所顯示的冷卻空氣的流 向。回流的乾燥空氣藉自在旋轉筒4內的衣物1 9移除水分 ,而變成比大氣溫度相應的濕度稍高的濕氣狀態,且轉移 至熱交換型風扇6。雖然回流的乾燥空氣藉與熱交換型風 扇6的冷卻空氣熱交換,熱交換型風扇6交換的熱量極少, 而熱交換型風扇6僅充當一風扇的作用,因爲回流空氣與 大氣空氣的溫差極小。因此,自衣物1 9移除水分,且具有 比大氣溫度相應的濕度稍高的濕度的回流空氣,經回流導 管12傳遞至蒸發器15。在蒸發器15內去熱的回流空氣被 除濕,及傳遞至冷凝器1 6來加熱,然後再次回到旋轉筒4 內。藉上述方法,衣物僅係藉熱泵單元的熱來烘乾,在蒸 發器15內被冷媒移除的熱會再被使用,且回送到在冷凝器 16內的回流乾’燥空氣。因此,可抑制無用的能量損耗,故 可執行節省能源的烘乾。 下文將參照圖2、圖6、及圖9針對在盡可能減少損壞 、皺縮、及皺紋的情形下來進行衣類的烘乾詳加描述。 容裝在位於外框1前表面的烘衣槓殼26內的烘衣槓25 朝前抽出,且橫向滑槓25c自橫向槓25b向兩側抽出。在衣 架2 8上的衣物1 9乃懸掛在橫向槓2 5 b及橫向滑槓2 5 c上。 然後,將烘乾切換門27抽出’再按壓烘乾機的操作控制操 衣紙張尺度適用中國國家標隼(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) -13 -
