Abstract

In this fuel system in which a fuel pump 5 and at least either a strainer 6 or a pressure regulator 7 are arranged in a fuel tank, a electrode support 9 for retaining the fuel pump 5 and the strainer 6 or the pressure regulator 7 is arranged in the upper part of a reservoir 4b arranged in the fuel tank. The fuel pump 5 and the strainer 6 or the pressure regulator 7 are connected to each other by a connecting cover 11, and retained by the electrode support 9 and the connecting cover 11. A check valve 20 is enclosed in the connecting cover 11. A thermistor 24 for detecting a fuel remaining amount is arranged in the fuel tank. The thermistor 24 is retained in the fuel tank by a thermistor arm 26 formed of a conductive material. The thermistor arm 26 is connected to the strainer 6 by its one end side strainer connecting part 26a, and is electrically made conductive with the earth side of the thermistor 24 by its other end side earth connecting part 26a. 10圖其所繪示係日本專利公報特開平第9412374號所揭 露燃料箱裝置之構成說明圖。 第10圖所繪示之裝置係,將燃料泵71、燃料過濾器 72與調壓器73放置在,其形成係可上下分割爲二之基本 單元74。基本單元74係,通過燃料箱75之開口部份75a 被裝設於箱內,藉此,可將燃料泵71等裝設於燃料箱75 內。燃料箱75內載置固定有,構成輔助箱之容器部件76。 燃料,放置有濾紙或合成樹脂等過濾部件。但是,燃料通 過濾紙等時,容易因燃料與濾紙之接觸而發生靜電。而且, 過濾器前後之燃料也會成爲亂流,因合成樹脂箱與燃料之 接觸而帶靜電。 此時,因爲必須防止產生帶電狀態,而有如日本專利 公報特開平第8-232792號所揭露之內槽式燃料栗,於燃料 過爐器連接接地用引線將所產生之靜電接地之方法。於 此,箱內各部件皆連接著引線。然後,使引線電氣導通於 車輛束線除去各部件之接地,而防止部件之帶電。 而且,日本專利公報特開平第10-220315號中揭露, 將過爐器*自本身形成爲導電性材料1自其外周面箱燃料中 發放靜電之方法。除此之外上述公報中並揭露有,與導電 性過濾器箱連接引線,若箱外之接地電極或箱係金屬製 時,將此直接連接於箱而放掉靜電之構造。 然而,爲使當燃料箱內之燃料殘餘減少時可聯絡:丨喿作 貝’常設置使用熱敏電阻之燃料剩餘警τρς用感_ 然而,燃料泵內已存在著濾器防止帶電用導線或馬達 供電用導線等。於此狀態若再加上熱敏電阻導線,則稍加 整理負導線,也無法避免導線數之增加。因此,隨著熱敏 電阻之設置,將增加導線作業或部件數,而形成增加成本 之問題要因。 發明之槪, 本發明的目的就是在提供一種可節省多餘空間之小型 燃料供給裝置。 而且本發明的另一目的就是在,於燃料供給裝置減少 導線作業或部件數使其構成簡素化。 爲了達成上述目的,本發明之燃料供給裝置係具備一 燃料泵用以吸入並吐出燃料箱內之燃料,及一濾器用以過 濾被自前述燃料泵吐出之燃料,及一調壓器用以調整前述 燃料之供給壓,於前述燃料箱內,配置有燃料泵,及至少 前述濾器與前述調壓器之任一的燃料供給裝置,並具有一 筒狀儲存箱’其被配設於前述燃料箱內,內部有一用以儲 存被吸入前述燃料泵之燃料的空間;一電極支架,被裝設 前述燃料泵之燃料的空間;一電極支架,被裝設於前述儲 存箱上方,用以維持前述燃料泵與前述調壓器;以及一連 接部件,被裝設於前述燃料泵上方與調壓器上方,用以維 持前述燃料泵與前述調壓器。 然後,藉此構成,可僅配置燃料泵與濾器或調壓器件 之連接部件即可連接,可消除裝置上方之無用部份而達到 裝置之小型輕量化。而且,本發明之筒狀儲存箱中,不僅 圓筒狀亦含角筒狀。而,內外規格亦無限制, ) 費儲存箱內燃料之使用,穩定地將燃料供向引擎。且,也 可於上述儲存箱設置迷宮式密封圈(labyrinth)構造之燃料輸 入口,藉此,一旦流入儲存箱內之燃料,即易被迷宮式密 封圈阻擋不會流出儲存箱外。 而且,本發明之燃料供給裝置,於一燃料箱內,配置 有一燃料泵用以吸入並吐出前述燃料箱內之燃料,及一爐 器用以過濾被自前述燃料泵吐出之燃料的燃料供給裝置, 並具有一感測器,被配設於前述燃料箱內,用以檢測前述 燃料箱內燃料之剩餘量;以及一感測器電極支架,由導電 性材料形成,爲了用以維持前述感測器而被配設於前述燃 料箱內’前述感測器電極支架具有,一濾器連接部份用以 與前述濾器連接,及一接地連接部份用以與前述感測器之 接地側電氣導通。 然後藉此,可將感測器電極支架用以作爲濾器之接地, 而達到感測器與濾器接地之共通化,不僅可節省濾器接地
