Abstract
There is provided an inductive component comprising a planar conductive structure as well as to a method for producing such a component. The inductive component includes a substrate (10) and at least one planar conductive structure (20), wherein an isolation structure (30) is arranged on the substrate (10) and comprises at least one substantially vertical recess (40). The at least one planar conductive structure (20)(20') extends within at least one recess (40) and is fixed vertically and away from the substrate (10) through the isolation structure. The at least one recess (40) is filled with a ferrite material (50) above and below the at least one planar conductive structure (20)(20').
