A7 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 ___B7_五、發明說明(1 ) 【產業上之利用領域】 此發明係關於無機氯化物及其無水物等之吸濕性或腐 蝕性強之粉粒體狀物藥品之輸送、保管及搬運上所使用之 具優異氣密性及耐藥品性之輸送用包裝材。 【先行技術】 一般,在工業用原料及製品之粉粒體狀藥品的輸送上 ,必須考慮該粉粒體狀藥品之物理、化學性質,並且,考 量其對使用狀況之適應,依此再選擇容器或輸出手段。 但,如此之粉粒體狀藥品具有強吸濕性或腐蝕性,對 相關之粉粒體狀藥品,一般而言,當以開放狀態放置於大 氣中,會吸收空氣中水分而溶解(解潮性),由於吸收水 分,主成份分解,除了發生氯化氫等腐蝕性瓦斯與造成純 度低下外,還出現強酸性*對容器或輸出手段產生腐蝕, 可能會減低其使用壽命。 於此,對於如此之吸濕性或腐蝕性強的粉粒體狀藥品 之輸送,一般是將該粉粒體狀藥品充塡於以具有防止空氣 或分子狀水分侵入之具優異氣密性及耐蝕性之容器內。 例如,由於如無水氯化鋁、無水氯化鐵等之無水氯化 物,便是具有如此性質之物質’至今對其之充塡、保管、 輸送已做過非常多的檢討’例如,採用了使用可以杜絕分 子狀水分侵入,並且對氯化氫瓦斯具優異耐蝕性之塑膠等 材料爲其對策。 例如,做爲輸送如此物質之容器1使用厚鋼板製之數 <請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐)-4 - A7 B7 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 五、發明說明(?) 頓用鐵容器(鐵櫃)爲眾所皆知,此鐵櫃,依使用者之不 同其規格亦不同,具備有充塡口、排出口,全體堅固地製 成,且具備有充塡口、排出口之蓋,有優異之氣密性’對 於輸送時之不測之事故也不容易損壞。並具有內容物排漏 出之可能性小,在安全上等有其優異性還有可以重複使用 之優點。 但是’近年之趨勢傾向於,爲防止製品品質劣化或容 器之腐蝕、並且除謀求輸送之安全性外再加上使物流能有 效率地大量進行,又,對海外之輸送量也大,故謀求排出 作業時之作業手續不會繁雜之容器。所以,先行之鐵櫃, 容器本身之重量佔了很大之輸送重量,回收空容器時,也 由於容積過大而造成效率不佳等問題。又,即使對於國內 之平常的製品輸送上,爲配合客戶之接受狀況,容器之種 類很多而難以共用,而且,鐵櫃於在使用之際.,爲了確保 下一次充塡製品之品質,有必要對內部施以淸掃、乾燥、 高濕度空氣之置換等麻煩之洗淨作業。 再加上'於輸出之際,將鐵櫃當做容器來使用並不十 分適宜’其理由是由於上述所述之相同問題會更爲顯著a 例如’對空容器之回收需要花費時間,所以必須以增加容 器數量來應付,因而可預測到對多數量之容器,在管理上 將變得繁雜,而此原因會造成成本之上昇。 又’做爲輸送如此之物質之另一容器,有周知之施以 樹脂披覆內層(lining)之桶〔俗稱汽油桶),該桶之容器 重量比較輕,除外部形成有金屬之強度保護材料外,內部 (請先Μ讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁} .!
