Abstract

A description is provided of a cooler (1) for cooling particulate material which has been heat-treated in an industrial kiln such as a rotary kiln (3) for manufacturing cement clinker, which cooler comprises an inlet end (4), an outlet end (5), end walls (6, 7), side walls (8), a bottom (9) and a ceiling (10), at least one supporting surface (11) for supporting the material to be cooled, means (11a, 12) for injecting cooling gas into the material, and means (14) for conveying the material forward across the supporting surface from the inlet end to the outlet end where an inlet section is fitted in the inlet end for receiving the material from the kiln and for distributing this material on the supporting surface. The cooler is peculiar in that it comprises in the inlet section means (20) for distributing the material which is received from the kiln crosswise the cooler in direction towards the side walls of the cooler. It is hereby obtained that it will be possible to extend the width of the cooler without having to extend the inlet section correspondingly due to the fact that the material can be distributed in a better and more uniform manner also in the width direction of the cooler. Besides the wear rate of the moving parts is reduced because the velocity of the conveying means can be reduced and, furthermore, a better heat exchange between the clinker and the cooling gas in the inlet zone is achieved because the thickness of the protective layer of the stationary clinker on the inlet surface can be better adapted.

Description of the invention (1) The present invention relates to a cooler for cooling granular materials, which are manufactured in industrial kilns such as clinker cement. In a rotary kiln, the heat treatment device includes a cooling inlet including an inlet end, an outlet end, an end wall, a side wall, a bottom, and a top. At least one supporting surface is used to support the substance to be cooled, and one is used to A device for injecting cooling gas into the substance and a device for conveying the substance from the inlet end through the support surface to the outlet end ', wherein the inlet portion is provided at the inlet end to receive the material originating from the kiln and Support surface classification of the substance. Several types of coolers of this type are known from the literature. Such conventional coolers generally incorporate an inlet section with a two-dimensional inlet surface with a so-called fixed concept, which means that the horizontal generatrix of the inlet surface extends transversely in the longitudinal direction of the cooler. The horizontal generatrix of the inlet surface is parallel and extends beyond the cooler. Entrance is full width. The material that enters the cooler from the kiln year is spread on the entrance surface of such a conventional cooler in a parabolic manner with a peak having an impact point. Therefore, the wall lining at the inlet portion of such a cooler is generally constructed to be compatible with such a physical shape. Furthermore, the entrance portion is generally formed at an oblique angle lower than the natural angle of the slag sliding in, so that during operation, the protective layer of a fixed slag is formed on the entrance surface. If, given a production goal, the width of the cooler is extended to reduce the speed required to operate the conveying device, thereby reducing the wear and exposure of moving parts, the result is a proportional increase in the length of the inlet section,俾 Ensure a satisfactory lateral distribution of the substance in the entrance section. ◊If the length of the entrance section is too long, the result is that the protective layer is too thick, and in practice, this will affect the slag in the area. The heat exchange between the cooling gas and the cooling gas will produce a negative. This paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) (please read the note on the back of Jing before writing this page) ii! 丨 Order --------- Line / 418312 A7 B7 Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 5. The effect of the invention () means 'this means' that the cooling gas used as combustion gas is then used in the kiln The temperature is too low, and the slag system conveyed on the support surface is not sufficiently cooled, which may increase the heat tolerance encountered by the support surface. The object of the present invention is to provide a cooler by which the above-mentioned disadvantages are eliminated. The present invention is achieved by using the cooler mentioned in the introduction, which is characterized in that the cooler includes a device for dispersing substances in the inlet part, and the particles originating from the kiln are directed to the side wall of the cooler. Orientation traverses the cooler. What can be obtained here is that 'as the substance can be dispersed in the width direction of the cooler in a better or consistent way across the width of the cooler, the present invention can extend the width of the cooler without correspondingly extending the inlet portion. As a result, 'the wear rate of the moving part is reduced because the speed of the conveying device can be reduced' and further, the thick slag protective layer on the entrance surface is more suitable for achieving the slag and the Optimal heat exchange between the cooling gases. The dispersing device can be formed in many recognized ways, in order to comply with the necessary prerequisites of the substance dispersed in the width direction of the cooler. But 'it's better that the device contains an ideal three-dimensional entrance surface', that is, a surface that includes a horizontal generatrix or a horizontal tangent line, which exist in at least two different directions, and that Interleaved with each other 'Non-limiting examples proposed by the present invention are the vertical parts of a pyramid or a truncated pyramid, whose imaginary or undivided base is made up of some polygons with any number of sides; and the example may be a cone Or the vertical part of a truncated cone (please read the note on the back before filling this page)

The cooler according to item 2 of the patent application park, characterized in that its entrance surface (20) is a stepped design and formed, and at least one step can move independently of other steps in one direction The direction is not parallel to the side of the inlet surface, and the inlet surface is very important in terms of function. 9. The cooler of item 1 of the patent application scope is characterized in that the conveying device (14) is It consists of a reciprocating scraper system that includes a row of blade elements that extend across the direction of movement of the material. 'The element reciprocates in the direction of the material's movement and transports the material towards and through the support surface.
