Description

{請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 第1表 第一傾斜面之傾斜角度(度) 蓋套脫離的頻率 9 0 全部脫離 7 5 8 0 %脫離 6 0 4 0 %脫離 5 0 良好 4 5 良好 3 0 良好 2 0 良好 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) 14 - A7 A7 ^05013 B7__ 五、發明說明(12) 〔另一實施形態〕 + " Description of the invention (1) [Application fields in the industry] The present invention relates to a pair of plate glasses arranged at intervals in the thickness direction, and the distance between the two plate glasses described above. The gap portion is sealed and decompressed to form a glass flat plate body. On any one of the pair of plate glasses, a suction port occlusion portion after decompressing the gap portion is provided on the surface of the plate glass to protrude. State, to form an air suction part, a cover for protecting the air suction port blocking part to cover the air suction part, and a glass flat plate adhering to the glass on the surface. [Advanced technology] In the past, as a sheet glass having higher thermal insulation performance than one sheet glass, it was tied between a pair of sheet glass, and it was a glass flat plate formed by sandwiching the air layer as a heat insulating layer. Learn. However, such a glass flat plate has a problem in that the thickness of the glass flat plate becomes large and an elastic pad is included, so that the appearance is easily damaged. Here, I think that if I want to have a thinner thickness and higher heat insulation, I want to arrange a plurality of spacers between a pair of sheet glass, and individually surround the entire periphery between the outer edges of the two sheet glass. For example, a sealing member made of low-melting-point glass is integrally provided, and the aforementioned gap portion is made in a reduced pressure state, so as to be made into a thinner glass plate with a smaller heat flow rate. In order to decompress the above-mentioned gap portion, a glass tube for suction is provided in advance on one of the pair of plate glasses, and the air in the gap portion is evacuated using the glass tube. Then, by melting the leading end of the glass tube, the paper size that can maintain the aforementioned gap portion can be obtained in accordance with the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) !!-pack—-I — Order --- line (please read the notes on the back before filling this page) Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. 4-a 4 Λ c A7R7 V. Description of the invention (2) High reliability in decompression state Exhaust port occlusion of sex. However, if the above-mentioned exhaust port occlusion part is exposed, "the collision of the glass tube with the collision of other objects may cause damage to the glass tube", the pressure-reduced state of the gap part may be eliminated, so it is necessary to install to prevent this. The aforementioned cover. In such a prior glass flat plate, as shown in FIG. 7, the cover 20 is formed into a cylindrical shape, and the cover 20 is externally fitted into the exhaust port closing portion 7. The cover 20 is provided with a fitting hole portion 21 corresponding to the size of the suction port occlusion portion, and an adhesive agent 13 is coated on the peripheral portion of the opening of the hole portion 21 to cover the suction port occlusion. The part 7 is followed by 1 A of sheet glass. However, in the aforementioned advanced glass flat plate, when other objects touch the cover cover setting portion, especially when other objects collide in the direction along the glass surface of the plate, the impact is affected by the adhesion layer with the glass plate. The endurance, but at the same time, it is also transmitted to the suction port occlusion portion, so that the suction port occlusion portion is easily damaged, causing a problem that it is difficult to maintain the decompressed state of the gap portion. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and an object thereof is to provide a glass flat plate that is capable of maintaining the decompressed state of the air gap portion for a long period of time without damaging the suction port closing portion even if an external force acts on the cover. [Disclosure of the invention] The characteristic structure of the glass plate of the present invention is as follows. This paper size applies to China National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) I nl I n ϋ I (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Order: 1Γ; Line · Employees of Intellectual Property Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs Printed by the Consumer Cooperative -5- Printed by the Consumers' Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs A7 —— ¢ 6501¾ ---- V. Description of the invention (3) The aforementioned glass plate in the first scope of the patent application, as shown in Figures 1 to 6 As shown in the figure, one pair of plate glass is arranged at intervals in the thickness direction, and the gap V between the two plate glasses is sealed and decompressed to form a glass plate body P1. On any one of the glass plates 1 A, the air outlet closing portion 7 after decompressing the void portion V is provided. The air outlet closing portion 7 is provided in a protruding state on the surface of the glass plate to form an air suction portion. 6. A cover sleeve 9 covering the state of the above-mentioned exhausting portion 6 is used to protect the above-mentioned exhausting port closing portion 7, and then the plate glass on the aforementioned surface. In addition, the glass flat plate of the present invention, in particular, forms the first inclined surface 10 with a thin tip at the outer peripheral portion of the cover sleeve 9 and closes the hollow peripheral wall portion of the inside of the cover sleeve 9 and the exhaust port. A feature is a gap space S formed between the portions 7. According to this configuration, at the same time as the outer peripheral portion of the cover sleeve is formed with a thin first sloping surface at the tip end, a gap is formed between the hollow peripheral wall portion of the cover sleeve and the exhaust port closing portion, so it is along the direction of the glass plate surface. When the external force on the first inclined surface is applied, the external force is divided into a component force along the escape direction of the first inclined surface and a component force pressing the cover sleeve against the plate glass. According to the component force along the first inclined surface of the former, since the direction of the force is different from the direction along the plate glass surface, the force for moving the cover sleeve along the plate glass surface becomes substantially weaker, and according to the latter The component force applied in the direction of the plate glass has the effect of increasing the frictional resistance to the cover glass and the plate glass surface, so the effect of moving the cover sleeve along the plate glass surface is still weakened. Description of the invention (4) This is compared with the conventional cover with an outer peripheral surface orthogonal to the glass plate surface. The cover of the glass flat plate of the present invention is difficult to move against external forces. In addition, even if the cover is moved due to the external force, as long as the amount of movement is within the gap size, it is possible to prevent the hollow peripheral wall portion of the cover from contacting the suction port closing portion. Therefore, according to the glass flat plate of the present invention, even if an external force acts, the aforementioned cover-sleeve suction port closing portion is not easily broken, and the decompressed state of the gap portion can be maintained for a long time. As shown in Figs. 2 to 6 of the glass flat plate in the second patent application range, the inner peripheral wall portion of the cover sleeve 9 has a height equal to that of the head corresponding to the suction port closing portion 7 Partly, a second inclined surface 12 ° with a wide bottom is formed on the inner hollow peripheral wall portion on the base end side of the cover. According to this structure, the function and effect of the invention described in item 1 of the scope of patent application can be achieved. Further, a wide bottom is formed in the inner hollow peripheral wall portion of the cover sleeve from a portion corresponding to the head portion of the suction port closing portion to the inner hollow peripheral wall portion at the base end side of the cover sleeve. The second inclined surface, so that even if the cover part is detached due to the external force, the internal peripheral wall portion of the cover sleeve is blocked by the suction port occlusion part, the suction port occlusion part can be tilted. The state is blocked on the second inclined surface. That is, the blocking force of the cover sleeve along the direction of the plate glass surface will not all act on the above-mentioned suction port closing portion, but only the component force in the direction orthogonal to the second inclined surface will remain as the above-mentioned suction. The strength of the air port occlusion department This paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — ^ * ΙΓΙΙΙΓ — ( Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) Printed by the Consumers' Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs A7 -405013 --- --- 5. The invention description (5) was reduced. ^ Therefore, comparing the inner hollow peripheral wall portion of the cover sleeve and the glass plate surface orthogonally, for the cover sleeve in which the blocking force acting as the suction port closing portion precedes the plate glass surface, the aforementioned cover sleeve in the present invention has a difficulty The effect of damaging the exhaust port occlusion. As a result, even if the cover is detached and blocked by the suction port closing portion under the external force on the cover sleeve, the suction port closing portion is not easily damaged, and the decompressed state of the gap portion can be maintained for a long time. The glass flat plate in item 2 of the scope of patent application, as illustrated in Figs. 2 to 6, sets the aforementioned first inclined surface 10 to an inclination angle of 50 degrees or less with respect to the glass surface. With this structure, in addition to the effect of the invention described in the first or second scope of the patent application, and the aforementioned first inclined surface, because the glass surface is set to an inclination angle of 50 degrees or less, Therefore, the cover can be made into a glass flat plate which is difficult to fall off from the external force. In addition, the cover is attached to the surface of the glass plate in a protruding state. Therefore, it can be considered that taking out the cover with a finger, for example, will also cause the cover to fall off and cause damage to the suction port closing portion. However, by setting the inclination angle of the first inclined surface below 50 degrees, it is difficult to hook your fingers on the cover, and it is possible to prevent the cover from being inadvertently taken off, which in turn causes the suction port occlusion portion. Damaged improperly. . As shown in Figure 2 to Figure 4 and Figure 6 for the glass flat plates in the scope of the patent application, as shown in Figures 2 to 4 and Figure 6, among the outer peripheral portions of the cover 9, the first inclined surface is 10 or less. The part on the base end side is formed with the outer diameter dimension other than the largest diameter part 10a of the aforementioned first inclined surface 10. Description of Invention (6) Below the diameter. —_ —— — " According to this structure, in addition to the effect of the invention described in the scope of claims 1 to 3 of the scope of patent application, and because of the first tilt in the outer periphery of the cover, The portion on the base end side below the surface is formed to have an outer diameter dimension that is equal to or smaller than the outer diameter of the largest diameter portion of the first inclined surface. There is a variation. The maximum outer diameter of the cover is the outer diameter of the largest diameter portion of the first inclined surface, so it is not easy to highlight the difference in appearance. In other words, the manufacturing dimension error of the cover can be absorbed by the portion below the base end side of the first inclined surface, so that the workability of the product can be improved. In addition, as described above, for convenience of comparison with the drawings, the symbol ′ is marked, but the present invention is not limited to the structure with the attached drawings because of the mark. [Best Embodiment of the Invention] In order to explain the present invention in detail, it will be described based on the attached drawings. The glass flat plate of the present invention is, for example, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the glass flat plate P is formed between a pair of glass plates, and is formed by sandwiching a plurality of spacers 2 therebetween along the surface of the plate. The glass plate body P 1 is configured by hermetically decompressing the space V between the two plate glasses 1 A and 1 B. The aforementioned pair of sheet glass 1 is composed of transparent floating sheet glass having a thickness of 3 mm. The sheet glass is 3mm in JIS standard. The paper size is applicable to the national standard (CNS) A4 specification (210x297 mm) II I I ------ II--II i — — — — ^^ 1 ---- I-^ (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) -9-A7 A7 B7 -40 ^ 013— V. Description of the invention (7) For the plate glass, if the thickness error is considered, it is essentially 2.7. ~ 3 · 3 mm thickness. A sealing portion 4 of low-melting glass is provided around the entire periphery of the outer edges of the two sheets of glass in order to seal the aforementioned gap portion V. As the low-melting-point glass, glass for welding or the like can be used. The void portion V ′ is, for example, a pressure reduction of 1.0 × 1 〇_2To rr or less by manufacturing a glass plate body P1 in a vacuum environment or a method of extracting air after the glass plate body P1 is manufactured. Environmental status. In addition, the outer peripheral portions of the two sheet glasses 1 are arranged in a state where one sheet glass 1 A protrudes in the direction of the sheet surface. By forming the protruding portion 5, when the sealing portion 4 is formed, the sealing material such as low melting point glass is placed on the protruding portion 5, so that the outer peripheral portion of the void portion can be efficiently and surely sealed. 'The aforementioned isolation pad 2 is formed of a cylindrical shape made of stainless steel, and its size is set to a diameter of 0.30 to 1.00 mm and a height dimension of 0.1 to 0.5 mm. In addition, by forming the portion in contact with the sheet glass 1 in a circular shape, corner portions where stress concentration does not occur with respect to the contact portions of the two sheet glass 1 can make the sheet glass 1 difficult to break. On the other hand, the installation interval of the aforementioned isolation pad 2 is set to 10 to 2 5 m m. Next, the structure of the pressure reduction of the void portion V will be described with reference to Fig. 3. The sheet glass 1A on either side of the aforementioned pair of sheet glasses is provided with an air extraction section 6 for decompressing the void portion V. In order to form the air suction part 6, it is attached to the air suction port 1 a formed by the sheet glass 1 A on the aforementioned side. Description of the Invention (8) -.............................. . · ... —--........... _ ..-—-— The glass tube 7 a is arranged, and the low-melting glass 8 is used between the peripheral wall of the suction port and the glass tube 7 a. Closed connection. Then, after the air in the gap portion V is drawn from the glass tube 7a to a sufficiently reduced pressure state, the protruding leading end portion 7b of the glass tube 7a is closed by heating and melting. The aforementioned glass tube 7a and the protruding tip end portion 7b are provided on the surface of the sheet glass 1A in a protruding state so that the exhaust port closing portion 7 is constituted by the two. Moreover, a cover 9 for protecting the suction portion 6 provided at the suction port occlusion portion 7 is provided, and is bonded to the sheet glass 1A on the one side, and the glass tube 7a has a thickness of 0.1 to 1 〇mm is better. That is, if a thickness exceeding 1.0 mm is used, when the protruding tip 7 b is occluded, it takes time from heating to self-melting, which will cause the temperature of surrounding unrelated parts to rise, and even in some cases, due to this result The resulting temperature gradient may cause cracks in the plate glass 1 or the low-melting glass 8. When a thickness of less than 0.1 mm is used, it is easy to increase the temperature, but it is not easy to maintain the shape when it is melted by itself, and it is extremely easy to break due to its weak strength. The cover 9 is made of a synthetic resin in a bulged shape. For example, if AB S resin is used, since the impact resistance is high, the protective effect of the exhaust port closing portion 7 can be improved. As shown in FIG. 1, the cover sleeve 9 has a circular configuration in a plan view, and at the same time, in a cross-sectional shape of a side surface, a first inclined surface 10 having a thin apex shape is formed on a peripheral portion thereof. From this first inclined surface 1 〇 Chinese national standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) is applied to the paper size of the cover. --I ------- i ·! Description of the invention (9) The part of the base end side of the sleeve is formed with the outer diameter dimension as ^ __ fore + described ^ an inclined surface 1 0 The upright surface 11 having the same outer diameter dimension as the outer diameter dimension of the largest diameter portion 10a. The overall height dimension of the cover sleeve 9 is preferably 6 mm or less. It ’s difficult to be caught by other things, and it ’s ideal for aesthetics. The height dimension of the upright surface 11 is preferably 1.2 mm or less. This makes it difficult to remove the cover 9 with a finger, and makes it easy to block the object from the first inclined surface 10 even if other objects collide with the cover 9. In this embodiment, the inclination of the first inclined surface 10 is approximately 45 degrees with respect to the glass surface. In addition, if the angle is 50 degrees or less, it is considered that it is not easy to damage the suction port closing portion, and it is possible to maintain the decompressed state of the gap portion for a long period of time to exert the aforementioned effects. The size of the cover 9 is set to cover the suction port closing portion 7, and a gap space S is formed between the hollow peripheral wall portion and the suction port closing portion 7 inside. In addition, the inner hollow peripheral wall portion of the cover sleeve 9 forms a wide-bottomed second inclined surface from a portion having the same height as the head of the above-mentioned suction port closing portion 7 to the inner hollow peripheral wall portion at the base end side of the cover sleeve. 1 2. The cover 9 is coated on the base end surface with an adhesive 13 and then adhered to the plate glass 1A. The adhesive 1 used here preferably has an adhesive strength of 15 kg / cm2 or more. Even if the cover 9 is dropped, it can make the front The direction of the blocking force of the second inclined surface 12 acting on the air inlet closing portion 7 is changed by the aforementioned second inclined surface 12, which can reduce the burden on the air outlet closing portion 7 and easily prevent the air outlet closing portion 7. Broken. Furthermore, the cover sleeve 9 is used in mass production. When a height error occurs, the size of the error will also be expressed in the aforementioned upright surface 1 1. In fact, the outer diameter of the cover sleeve 9 can be maintained at The outer diameter of the largest diameter portion 10 a is easy to achieve consistency in appearance. In addition, for the formation of the air extraction portion 6, by selecting a glass tube 7 a having an appropriate thickness size, the reduction of the void portion V can be maintained. Description of the invention ( 11) Those who are 90 degrees (essentially without the first inclined surface), and 75 degrees, 60 degrees, 50 degrees, 45 degrees, 30 degrees, 20 degrees, and then adhered to the glass with an epoxy-based adhesive. Next, a method of applying external force to the cover 9 is to prepare a rubber-like simulated acting body, and move the simulated acting body along the glass surface of the plate so as to collide with the cover. The above-mentioned simulated acting body uses the width dimension of the acting surface of 50 mm, the height dimension of 10 mm, and the length dimension of the acting direction of 20 mm. The results of the experiment are shown in Table 1. If the cover 9 did not fall off, it was judged as "good". From this result, it can be understood that the inclination angle of the first inclined surface to the plate glass surface is lower than that of a 90-degree (upright) inclined plate, and the frequency of the cover sleeve detachment is lower.
