Abstract

This is an improvement on manufacturing process of a U-shaped silicon steel strip and its structure. The two vertically bent portions are bent inward till parallel by using jigs to get a U-shaped silicon steel strip. The inner side of the hollow connection portion is bent to get a connection of the two ends. This will generate a ventage of a stable magnetic path. The silicon steel strip is established into a stacked shape to decrease scrap area of the punched portion for reduction in material cost.
