Abstract

The present invention relates to an energy-saving ventilator, which comprises a ventilation frame 13 one end of which being installed with a suction opening while the other end being installed with a discharge opening, a blower 30 installed inside the ventilation frame 13, a control device 19 rotatably controlling the blower 20, and a selection control device 19 controlling one of the natural ventilation mode N and the forced ventilation mode R wherein the natural ventilation mode N undergoes a natural ventilation from the suction opening towards the discharge opening without rotating the blower; and the forced ventilation mode R forcibly sucking in air from the suction opening and discharging air through the discharge opening by rotating the blower 20.
