To provide a storing bag for wet sheets which can hermetically close the inside of the bag even if a lip is opened and closed a number of times without drying the stored remaining wet sheets and is efficiently manufactured. In a bag wherein accumulated wet sheets are stored and which is hermetically sealed, a cut line 11A for an outlet surrounding a predetermined part for the outlet is formed and a cover sheet 20A being wider than the predetermined part of the outlet is hermetically bonded on the whole face of the outlet part 12A through an adhesive layer 4 and on this cover sheet 20A, a pair of breaking lines 21A, 21A for a lip are formed at respective position on both sides of the outlet part 12A from the end edge parts of the cover sheet 20A to the outlet part 12A on the side face of the cover sheet 20A.
