Abstract
This invention provides a kind of electronic injection material having organic illuminating device, it can be driven with low driving voltage and the power transformation having improved efficiency, to achieve the technical characteristics of this invention, the organic illuminating device disclosed by this invention comprises an anode, a cathode and an organic thin film formed between the said anode and cathode, wherein the said organic thin film layer is represented by the following structure formula (1) for formation of the organic metal compound, wherein R1 to R8 is separately representing hydrogen or C1 to C8 alkyl.
