The method is to adjust the power of heater controller depending on the detected value of temperature sensor. The said temperature sensor and temperature adjuster for temperature setting and the electric adjuster of power component of adjusting heater power are assembled as a whole system which is controlled by one CPU of central processing device to directly drive the gate driving circuit for power component.
