Abstract
This invention relates to: micro holes working device for grinding tiny holes used as ferrule around optical fiber, or other tiny holes. The purpose of this invention is to provide a micro hole working device which can correspond to the working conditions of micro holes or to the small changes in the tension of taper wire to prevent the taper wire from breaking. The characteristic of this invention: to detect the rotating torque τ of coiling motor 3 in the servo driver 6 and compare it with the set-up value at the controller 5. If rotating torque τ of motor is greater than the set up value of rotation torque τ1, that is, when due to the reason of taper wire 1 tangle hook, tension of taper wire 1 and rotating torque τ of coiling motor 2 is greater than the set up value of rotation torque τ1, to the rotating speed instruction value of coiling motor 3 is changed to 1 lower grade (1 step) value, from this, decreasing rotating speed V (feed-back wire speed) of the coiling motor 3, making its motor rotating torque reduced etc.
