Abstract
A kind of manufacturing method for self-aligned local-interconnect and contact which is to sequentially form a borderless contact self-aligned metal silicide region and a local-interconnect region simultaneously on the component region of the substrate so as to solve the integrated process problem for the used method not being able to form the self-aligned silicide and N+/P+ poly dual gate simultaneously on the component.
