Abstract

The present invention provides an instant noodle package which renders the α treatment of β noodle surface easier and enhances the quality and preservation of the noodle, and does not require the demoulding process of frozen noodle, making the preparation of instant noodle in large quantity easy in packaged state. The means of the invention are: preparing thin strings of high-density polyethylene sheets into intercrossing nonwoven fabric and then making it into a bag-shaped dewatered packet. The dewatered packet accommodates instant noodle which has α treatment of β noodle surface, and has its opening sealed by thermal melting.
