Abstract

The membranes produced by this process supply excellent flexibility and good ability for etching and absorption. It is safety to use these membranes. The compositions of the membrane contain the resins including phenols, naphthols, bisphenolic-aldehyde. The thickness of these membranes is 5-500 nm; the total carbon amount of the membranes coated on the metals is 5-500 mg/square meter; and the ratio covered on the surface of the metals is over 90%.
