Abstract

A driving method for the zero voltage switching full bridge converter, the signal full bridge converter comprising an input voltage source, an isolating transformer and a secondary rectified filtering circuit, a first switch connected between the voltage source and the first end, a second switch connected between a grounding line and first end of the primary side of the isolating transformer, a third switch connected between the voltage source and the second end of the primary side of the isolating transformer, a fourth switch connected between the ground line and the second end of the primary side of the isolating transformer, and a capacitive diode is installed between the collector and the source of the first to fourth switches, wherein the voltage source promotes the current of the primary side of the isolating transformer to a predetermined value through the first switch and the fourth switch, the method comprising the steps of : step (1) closing the first switch so that the current in the primary side of the inserting surface (10) flows to the capacitive diode of the second switch so as to conduct the second switch, thus a zero voltage switching is achieved; step (2) closing the fourth switch so that the current in the primary side of the inserting surface (10) flows to the capacitive diode of the third switch so as to conduct the third switch, thus a zero voltage switching is achieved; step (3) the voltage source promotes the current of the primary side of the isolating transformer to a predetermined value through the second and the third switches; step (4) closing the third switch so that the current in the primary side of the inserting surface (10) flows to the capacitive diode of the fourth switch so as to conduct the fourth switch, thus a zero voltage switching is achieved; step (5) closing the second switch so that the current in the primary side of the inserting surface (10) flows to the capacitive diode of the first switch so as to conduct the first switch, thus a zero voltage switching is achieved; step (6) the voltage source promotes the current of the primary side of the isolating transformer to a predetermined value through the first and the fourth switches.
