A power supply protection mainly comprises a single chip which controls a detection circuit, a cut-off circuit and a protection circuit in which: the single chip links with each circuit by each corresponding contact and will perform the signal assessment and issue the proper signal to each system for adequate reaction; the detection circuit is organized by several diodes, transistors, capacitors, resistors and coils which will carry out the preliminary judgement on the power cable, the in-coming lead cable and the grounding cable; the cut-off circuit is composed of several induction coils and diodes, resistors, capacitors and photocouplers which makes judgement on the cable current flow on the cable and output proper reaction; the protection circuit, composed of diodes and resistors, will responds to the high tension voltage signal to transmit such a signal for the control chip to cut off the power supply.
