Abstract
A sort of manufacturing method and equipment for steel pipes, having: a. discharging of steel bands from the uncoiling machine; b. preheating of the open-end pipes by any of the 3 following processes, (1) preheating the steel band before forming by rolls the open-end pipes, (2) after forming the open-end pipes by means of the rolls of the preheated steel bands; (3) after preheating the steel band, forming of the open-end pipe by means of the forming roller and then preheating the overall open-end pipe, c. heating the two ends of the open-end pipe by means of sensor to a temperature of above the Curie point, d. then heating the both ends of the open-end pipe by means of sensor to over 1300 DEG C and under the temperature of melting for extruding the open-end pipe into a steel pipe, e. extrusion of the joint of the additional thickness of the steel pipe for a flat surface, f. cutting of the steel pipe into rated length or coiling it into a coil.
