A sort of marine creature nursery plant, including a plurality of floating artificial reefs and a plurality of fixtures; of which the artificial reefs are formed by a plurality of artificial reefs with a plurality of pores for adjustment of level of buoyance received from the sea; further, the artificial nursery formed by a plurality of artificial reefs spaced properly; the fixtures being placed in said artificial nersery and on the seabed, for securing the artificial nursery.
