A device for producing wet paper towel, which is characterized in comprising: a primary folding part for bi-folding a series of running wet paper towel sheets continuously drawn from a paper roll along a running direction; a secondary folding part for further folding the bi-folded wet paper towel at the center along in the width direction along the running direction; a liquid chemicals immersion part for immersing the paper towel; a cutting part for cutting the paper towel in the running direction at equal intervals along the width direction thereof; and a longitudinal folding part for folding the paper towel at the center portion in the running direction along the width direction thereof.
