Abstract
A dust collecting device comprising a direct exhaust system which directly sucks a flue gas exhausted from an electric furnace and a building exhaust system which indirectly sucks the flue gas exhausted from the ceiling hood of a building for the electric furnace, in which a loading device for injecting an adsorbent such as active carbon is installed on the lower side of a bag filter provided on the direct exhaust system; further, the farther downstream side of the direct exhaust system is caused to become confluent with the stream side of a bag filter provided on the building exhaust system.
