An oxazolidinone derivative of the formula I (I) in which R1 is (group); R2 is H, A, Ac, A-SO2-, Ar-SO2- or a known amino protective group; R3 is H or A, A being a C1-C6-alkyl; D is H2N-C(=NH)- where the primary group also can provide a known amino protective group; Ac is C1-C10-alkanoyl or C7-C11-aroyl; Ar is phenyl which is unsubstituted or mono-substituted by A, or benzyl; and physiologically unobjectionable salts thereof.
