Derivados de la oxazolidinona, caracterizados por la fórmula (I) en la que R1 es de fórmula (II), R2 es H, A, Ac, A-SO2 o un grupo protector de aminoconvencional, R3 es H, A, cicloalquilo de 3 a 7 átomos de C, Ar o Ar-(CH2)k, A es alquilo de 1 a16 átomos de C, B es H, A, o H2N-C(-NH)-, D es H2N-CH2-,H2N-C(-NH) o H2N-C(-NH )-NH-CH2, en donde los grupos de amino primario también pueden estar protegidos con grupos protectores convencionales; Ac es alcanoilode 1 a 10 átomos de C o arcilo de 7a 11 átomos de C; Ar es fenilo o bencilo no sustituido o bien mono o disustituído con A, Cl, Br,I, OA, OH NO2, CN, NH2, NHAy/o NA2; m es 0, 1, 2, 3 o 4; n es 2, 3, o 4 y k es 1, 2, 3 o 4 y sus sales aceptables desde el punto de vistafisiológico. T ambién se refiere a unprocedimiento para preparar estos compuestos y el empleo de los mismos en calidad de medicamentos.
