A process for integrally forming a PU plate with wood grain, which mainly comprises: (1) mold preparation: spraying an adhesive on the back face of a wood grain soft sheet, and laying the sheet in the mold cavity of a lower mold such that the back face sprayed with an adhesive faces upwards; (2) material filling: filling the mold cavity with a PU plastic material to an appropriate amount; (3) pressurization of the mold: covering the lower mold and the mold cavity filled with PU with an upper mold for about 5~10 minutes enabling the PU plastic material to foam and expand in the mold cavity; and (4) mold opening and removal of the product: after mold opening and removal of the fully foamed and cured semi-product, trimming excessive wood grain sheet on the edges of the semiproduct thereby obtaining a complete integrally formed PU plate with wood grain.
