A pushing & pulling tool device for automatically tool-changing mechanism, its features are: Tool-changing device is secured with tool-changing arm by a splined shaft and pivot with machine body to move expansively. Compound dual cams, are composed by hob cam and face cam. The circumference surface of hob cam has several opening curve traces, and conjugatedly geared with driven roller set of spline, to drive spline and spline shaft doing reciprocal rotation. The face cam has a closed curve trace, to drive follower doing reciprocal oscillation. Four bar linkage, is used the follower of face cam as crank of four bar linkage. One end of crank is pivoted with machine body, and the other end is connected with connecting rod for oscillating the follower of face cam. And through connecting rod transmitted to rocking arm to push spline doing expansively sliding. Cylindrical cam is driven by chain wheel and chain. And the end surface of cylindrical cam has a closed curve trace, and geared with roller of follower to drive follower doing reciprocal oscillation. The interval between cylindrical cam and compound double cam is formed timing relation. Toggle mechanism, is used the follower output of cylindrical cam as crank of toggle mechanism, enable the crank doing reciprocal motion, to drive connecting rod to enable the sliding block can translationally push cutter and broach of main shaft pushing rod.
