Abstract

A control method for stiff piping thickness in production line employs the laser beam to inspect the outer diameter of the object and use the signal to realtime control the production speed in closed loop such that the piping thickness can be uniform. The devices comprises: a. laser control system: includes laser controller, scanner, PID controller, adder, and a varistor configured by speed which generates the speed adjustment signal to control the production speed. b. fixture frame mechanism: located at the exit of extrusion machine, whenever change the mold, it can be moved to a spare space by axial movement c. operation box: includes indicators, tachometer, galvanometer, laser controller, PID controller, manual/auto switch, extractor starter and stopper, speed controller for different operation mode setting.
