Abstract
A fuseless breaker which will shout down the electric power circuit by judging the radiate variation signal created from the temperature variation with an electrify detected metal and it includes: 1. A detecting infrared rays module which includes a infrared rays heat detector and an amplifier which will amplify the radiate infrared rays signal detected by the infrared rays heat detector with the infrared rays emitted from the detected metal; 2. An electric power control module which includes a voltage comparer, a control circuit and an electric power shout down switch, and this module will compare the signal sent from the amplifier by the voltage comparer and output a signal which is from low level switching to high level if the signal is larger than the up maximum value, and the control circuit will output s serial signal to the other breakers to shout down the electric power circuit and shout down the electric power circuit of it's self when receiving the signal from the voltage comparer; 3. A detected metal conduction line which has a higher impedance than the other normal metal conduction line so that it could radiate the infrared rays more easier; and the emphasis with this invention is using the non-contacting infrared rays detecting technology to complete the function of breaker, it uses the radiate variation signal created from the temperature variation with a electrify detected metal to be a judgment of the shout down of the electric power circuit and uses this signal to shout the other related circuit down.
