Abstract
A manufacturing method for a luggage shell having cloth surface, comprises: pushing the predetermined volume of ABS to a press machine; heating the ABS to be a plastic slice with a proper thickness to form molten state; bonding a tetoron cloth with the ABS plastic slice by two rollers to form a plate with tetoron cloth on the upper layer; cutting the plate to a proper size when the plate being cooled; heating the plate by an oven and taking it to a press; molding the plate and moving uncut edge to form the luggage shell having cloth surface.
